In May 2026, my wife had weirdly agreed to join me on a cycling trip. Her first ever and first time abroad, cycling too.
We kick things off in beautiful Brugge with a quick hop, skip and a jump onto the train to start off where we left off: ZeeBrugge. The coastline of Belgium won't last long as we will be heading into the Netherlands. Belgium coast complete! Meandering through the myriad of cycle lanes and sand dunes we catch lunch in a Sluis, lead the peloton in Cadzand-Bad and catch the Westerschelde Ferry over to Vlissingen
Bike. Hike. Train. (And very rarely plane!) — Outdoor adventures in the UK and abroad. Expect some scenic drone and 360-camera footage along the way!
