I'd like to thank this scene for forcing the words "don't rub your fanny on meeeeeee" into my head every time I get a hug from now on.

This scene is soo good that nobody questions the fact that Lynn just walks into their home through an apparently wide open front door.

“MDF’s illegal in America.”
“So’s that.”
The focused look on her face when she says that is a picture.

"Oh this is a comfy sofa" literally the WORST thing she could have said in that situation and she was totally oblivious. It's brilliant writing tbh! 🤣

For some reason it just popped into my head that "Don't rub your fanny on me" scans nicely into Simple Minds "Don't you forget about me". I now can't unhear it and thought it would be better shared.

Lyn was (and is) just brilliant. Totally underrated yet she never set a foot wrong.

"Your hand is about 30 mil from my gland" 😂😂 Got to be one of the funniest Alan Partridge lines.

The hair touch at 2.16 and Alans horrified flinch just clinched what Dans smile started.
