Revell Star Wars U-Wing model kit: https://amzn.to/3hIriXY

Revell snap kits are for beginners, however they make some very nice kits like the Venator Star Sestroyer which lights up beautifully. I wish people would stop giving Revell such a hard time as they DO in fact make great great non snap kits that build up fantastic. It's really all about your skills. Revell 's prices are very affordable as well. I'm 58 and Revell gets a hard time from builder about their older kits which they have been producing for decades. That said, they are beginning to re-tool many of those much older kits with the result being fabulous! Again, its all about your skills !!

Great video !!! You sold me on it  !  Beautiful  weathering  ! Happy holidays , Tony

Haven't made any models since I was a kid (50 now) and wanted to get back into it. Big Star Wars fan and decided to make this model as it seemed to be an easy build. Thank you so much for this video! It really helped me in making this simple model look cool and I've already picked up the X-Wing to see what I can do with that. This video really inspired me!

Building/painting a snowspeeder and this is the reference I needed. Thanks!

i think im gonna buy one. awesome built up

Tha k you so much! Just what I am looking for! It was great to see step by step in real time, and how relatively quickly you were able to transform it.
The flat coat was a very good effect, and the first washof the whole model - for me a bit too dark/dirty in the end. But I appreciate the tips and showing how to chip and smudge.
The simple wash on the interior was so quick and effective. And your quick painting of the pilots really helped. Thank you!

You did a great job, when i first saw that it was pre assembled, I thought, meh! But, you really made it shine.

I have to say I really thought it didn’t look good after the straight  build of the kit, but with your weathering and washes it really was a huge improvement. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.

Great vid 👌🏼  great work too! 👍🏼

Simply STUNNING work! I have this exact same kit and I will be using some of your techniques. I too found there were not many kits of this ship out there and I think it is a great design. The proportions and details look great for the price and the time I save on assembling it can be put towards weathering. Keep up the great work!

Looking back at this, there's so much that can be done to really make this kit shine.
Killing rhe light and sound "feature" is number 1 😊
I always thought that it looked a bit like an A-wing with a booster pack. A bit like the jedi fighter with the hyperspace booster ring. Or maybe a boost-to-orbit unit for a high-G planet.

Enjoyed this Vid, like how you did the wash. I didn't know it came with figs might have to buy one. Well done!!

This ship reminds me off the starfighter from the Buck Rogers tv show from the early 80's.

For a crappy little kit, you really made it look bad ass.  I'll have to pick up one of these to practice my weathering.  As a beginner modeller, you always give great pointers on things i never would have come up with myself.

love the scratch detail on the blue paint. looks fantastic. gonna try on mine too

I have been going through your videos recently as I got the modeling bug. Thanks for all the demo/instruction! Your kits really turn out quite good and I have been incorporating a lot of these techniques in my kits. 👍

Beautiful weathering Chili !

Turned out very nice.

Huge improvement. Looks great.
