Wenger warned of financial doping. He was mocked, ridiculed and lambasted.

Well ….. Wenger was right

I never wanted him to leave.  Gazidis also stabbed him in the back.  That stadium move was genius and only reason we can spend like we can now all because arsene took the suffering for a bigger picture.   Guy is a legend…..

I don’t, a lot of Arsenal fans don’t, because In Arsene We Trust.

Pep was never challenged as a manager. What would he do with no money and having to sell his best players? What would he do in an Aston Villa or an Everton? It's easy to win in a race if you have the fastest car.

ARSENE WENGER STADIUM. Yes, this is the best honour we can give to Arsene Wenger for what he has done for the club.

Nobody is mentioning that Arsenal didn’t sign a lot of players because their agents asked for dodgy and illegal payments.

OM cheated him out of a title when he was managing Monaco too

Did he say lamb-blasted? That’s what we call my dad’s roast 😂

It's not just the club. Wenger almost single handedly dragged the EPL & the English game into the modern era. He at least deserves a statue & as someone below said, the stadium eventually renamed after him as well.

Wenger was definately not naive. Naivety is not understanding something that happens innocently.. he was breaking down everything that was and would happen.. that's knowledgable not naive. He was a brilliant mind. Not just a great coach.

I waited years for this

Whilst he did warn about it, lets not pretend he didn't do some mad shit during that time that cost us. Not signing Cesc back for instance, not signing Anelka back in January 2008, Not getting Gary Cahill for 6 million, Allowing Flamini to go for free, Almunia for 5 years, signing Mustafi for 35 million when Van Dijk went for 4, Tactically falling behind, not signing Kante, only signing Cech that summer when we should have won the league. He was a great man and his warnings were correct, but he was done by 2014

I feel like they've been reading my comments on Reddit haha

George your hair looks great bud :)

Pep Guardiola did the right thing. Manchester City F.C. represents a part of the Manchester footballing fans that have had to watch the success of their city rivals Manchester United succeed over so many years. They have felt under siege for many years if not decades in footballing terms. Pep Guardiola has been part of their new found success. That new found success is been taken away from them right now. It is a psychological, spiritual and existential assault. Pep Guardiola is right to act to protect the minds of the fan base. That is what a leader does in the heat of the moment. Anything other than that would be dereliction of duty bordering on cowardice. That is leadership even if it feels dirty or wrong from the perspective of outsiders. A proper accounting and punishment is for others to administer and figure out at a later time.

Pep was cleared of drug taking tbf

Where’s Rohan?

yes, you sure do

For what? He stayed on far too long. Everybody knew City were cheating, the question is why it took so long for anyone to seriously investigate it. The media didn't like Wenger being outspoken about it because there were a lot of people on the gravy train.  A little bit.

Is Alex wearing a bulls jersey? 😮
