CREAMY CORNMEAL CAKE
Ingredients

4 whole eggs

2 cups (220ml) or 320g of sugar

2 tablespoons (90g) of butter or margarine

50g of Parmesan cheese

4 cups or 880ml of milk

3 tablespoons (60g) of wheat flour

1 and a half cups or 180g of cornmeal

1 tablespoon (15g) of baking powder

Greased and floured pan - Measures 5x22x32cm

Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 50 minutes
