Shadow in the warp scrambles psykers and communications.  Let it mess with opponents CP use or generation.
I agree that we should double down on the  bio form specialization.  Brood sizes granting buffs. Like sustained hits if a hirmagaunt brood is at 11-20 models or something. Just as an example.
Cheaper and Killy, but in theme, were meant to die in droves but be lethal as hell.

Also, give swarmlord the ghazkull treatment. Let him actually stand out as an “oh shit” bio-form.

PLEASE! i need my tyranid warriors to catch up to terminators to FINALY BECOME the terminators equals (either in killing potential or in some way of movement)

I'm new to this whole thing, but I want to see something that justifies taking big blobs of gaunts/gants.  Every time I look up or ask about list building it's always "take units of 10".  The exception is when building an Endless Swarm list, but the advice there is almost always "Don't build an Endless Swarm list unless you ABSOLUTELY want to.". I dunno.  I just want some theme in the game, and all these art images feature big churning swarms of gribblies, and I want that.

Bodies on the table should be our thing. No other faction should come close to how many bodies we can field. We will drown them in bodies and then climb atop our dead to claim victory

While I get the general point around not just power creeping everything, and ultimately changing nothing, I do feel like genestealers and the Neurotyrant flamer deserve a str bump. They are in-lore (and previously in-game) our premier marine killers and they will be much worse at that job. It will also help them punch up into terminators more easily.

"Tyranids are good at scoring points but can't kill things".
I don't think this is something that will be tackled by a dataslate, and perhaps not even in the next codex, but I hate that this is our role now tbh. In my opinion, it makes more sense for the imperial factions to be great at holding objectives and generally scoring points, instead of being killing machines. I personally hope we get more buffs for being in synapse, and perhaps some once-per battle buffs we could use instead of the current shadow in the warp. That way we can effectively have our own "waaagh" effect when we need to kill things or hold objects for a turn.

It's affected Jordan Jeez!

Hoy he jugado mi primera partida con tiranidos vs marines con el nuevo codex gracias a tus videos he conseguido ganar , hacia bastante que no ganaba a mi amigo jeje muchas gracias por tus videos y tus tips ❤❤

I still beleive that if they make shadows go off on your opponents command phase for each enemey unit in synapse it would so much better. Kinda like how Neurolictor's ability. And Neurotyrant gives a -1 all game long.

Shadows, units that fail battleshock also take D6 mortals, or as the tyranid player, we can choose 3 enemy units to auto battleshock rather than the opponent randomly rolling for it

I think the Neurotyrant should have 2 warp lance shots in a dual profile like the Zoanthropes get it's a 130 frickin points you either get the flamer or shoot 2 warp lance.

Points drops where it makes sense, so Genestealers, Endless Multitude etc is smart.

I would like to see an increase in lethality in some places though, where it is obviously lacking. Units that exist to kill things have fallen so far behind the damage curve that they really need a look; monster melee AP and/or damage, for example.

I would love Gaunts to go back to 30 model broods too

I find i can score fast in 11th. But in the long game im getting tabled

I think it would be cool to have the Neurotyrant give you access to a second shadows in the warp and keep everything else the same.  At the existing point cost.

Neurogaunts buffed to T6 6W with S10 melee weapons when in synapse range

Hopefully we'll be getting stat buffs as well as a few point buffs.  Fortunately my local meta isn't too space marine heavy

We also need access to a detatchment buff that effects mounted and beasts in Invasion Fleet.

Going down in points is the last thing I want.  Not only does that generally mean our answer to stat checks is to overwhelm and stall (so boring....) but it also means GW gets what they truly want, which is a bigger bottom line since we're forced to purchase further units to fill out our roster.

Also, our lore provides us a really solid argument to not only be killy but to be the MOST killy faction in 40k, yet we just play point games.  I agree that leaning into hive mind and psychic stuff could help a lot, but playing stall tactics is great to have as an option, but not THE option for us.

Affected, sir! Cool ideas here. I just wish they did something to the Warriors. But they probably won't before the codex TT

A refresh for warriors, raveners, and tyrants and a separate larger kit for the swarmlord.
Swarmlord boost.
Melee Warriors move 8.
Ranged warriors should get a 3-weapon profile.
Scream killer becomes character and can lead carnifexs.
They need a little of synergy updates.

Maybe there'll be a battleshock-based detachment! That would be cool. SITW does MW when you fail, or does MW to psykers who fail? Some strats that extend the synapse debuff to 12"? Something similar to surprise assault?
