Going to two Korean joints and not going to Mililani Restaurant is diabolical. Try their fish and chips or fish tempura, back in the day it was a fish and chips place in Waipahu.

Rice box cafe in mililani mauka is excellent! Their miso eggplant with agedashi tofu is delicious. It feels like it is a family owned business. The food is tasty and the presentation is beautifully executed. I would highly recommend rice box cafe😋

Mililani Bar-B-Q is always action, been going there for years. Apparently, I've been going there since I was a baby. I'm in my late 20's now.

I'd be interested in an episode of Nana showing us good Korean food or cooking the faves and what NOT to do...

Rise and Shine Cafe is great for breakfast! Huge pancakes and love their corned beef hash.

You should try Mililani Restaurant over near Foodland. (Also another vote for Rise and Shine, don’t miss their homemade desserts either).

At Mililani BBQ it is better to eat in, you get more ban chan. The sauce is sweet.

Just discovered you guys. Like you a lot. I also love Korean food and wife and I love visiting Korea. Great episode. You must be STUFFED ;)

If you dine in at Mililani BBQ they serve such a good variety of banchan, and you can get refills of your favorite banchan. I enjoy their meat jun and fried mandoo. My husband’s fave is the Duk Mandoo Soup. Thank you for visiting Mililani eateries!

Wow! My name is Edric. First time ever seeing another Edric. So cool.
I thought meat jun was a Hawaii thing and not available in Korea. I have been to Seoul three times and never seen it.

there doesn't seem to be much variety in Mililani. would they even have German, Italian, Turkish, Vietnamese, American (burger) or Thai places to try?

I like the Big Island. Also like all the food you featured. Especially the Meat Jun.❤

You can try the fried rice at Mililani restaurant next time you’re out there, it’s very good. Enjoyed your review.

Yes, I also recommend Rise and Shine Cafe at the entrance to Mililani Mauka! It is an enjoyable place to dine with good food and great (cheerful) service.☺
