Busy packing for my yoga retreat this week! But still plenty of time to meet with good, inspirational fiends. London is glorious this summer, full of chic outfits and sunshine... but then the rains came. And they caught me by surprise. We were all so pleased to see the down pours that we danced in the streets! Chatted and flirted!
Hope you had a good week. Many thanks for your continued support. It means the world to me!

Dave the cabbie is such a great addition to your channel. Another fab vlog, really enjoyed it as I do every week.

Jo can I just applaud you on how gracefully you transitioned from working in the morning to working at night. You didn’t skip a beat . One would think watching you that you were going to work in the middle of the day instead of the middle of the night. Thanks for showing we still have moxie at 60plus thanks for a great representation of us 60plus girls

Hibiscus tea is an extremely popular drink here in Cairo - it's called Karkaday. I drink it, without sugar, to try to keep my blood pressure down, like Dave. It's drunk hot in winter and cold in summer: one of many delicious drinks here. Come and see us some time.
Love the Lilysilk dress!

What a lovely memory Jo of the Queen

Listening to the piano music from the basement apartment had me reminiscing about films from the 1900’s based in London, such as Mary Poppins (even although it was filmed in California 😂). Something about it just carried me back in time - so beautiful 🎶 🎹.
