I carved a glide bait from a block of wood, then made a silicone mold so I could cast resin copies of the original.

In this video, I take you through the entire process—from carving and shaping the original glide bait, to making the silicone mold, pouring the resin copies, adding hardware, and painting them up.

But making a lure is only half the fun. Once the finished glide baits were ready, I took them to the lake to see if they could actually catch bass.
