"The best way to utilize sororitas is to point at a general direction, yell 'heretic!' and stay way clear of said direction" - Ciaphas Cain

@Khilkhameth 2 years ago

The loophole that allows the Sororitas to exists as an army for the Ministorum is not due to their Inquisitorial association, but because the Decree Passive - the legal document banning holy armies - forbade 'Men Under Arms', so Saint Thor trumped it by saying the former Brides were women, and not men, and so totally war-kosher.

Valourous Heart did NOT kill the cultists' that killed their Matriarch - they have them imprisoned beneath their convent, lives extended by Hospitallers so that they can torture them forever.

an entire army/faction of Jeanne d'Arc, God help me I love it

I though the meme was, the Ecclesiarchy are not allowed to have Men under arms due to the Degree Passive. The Sisters of Battle are therefore, not Men.

Fun fact! To my knowledge most orders of the Sisters of Battle don’t require their members to make a vow of chastity, and it isn’t uncommon for sisters to end up marrying gaurdsmen they’ve served alongside, assuming they both survive

A reverse Mulan story of a man pretending to be a sister of battle could be fun.

You said "wives of the Emperor" when they were called the Brides of the Emperor.
Either way, the Emperor would probably not reject a personal fan club of badass warrior women and I don't blame him.

You like... transplanted half of the Argent Shroud's lore onto the Ebon Chalice.

I’m honestly shocked that Khorne hasn’t kidnapped the entirety of the order of the bloody Rose, because they look like they’re begging to be corrupted by him.🐱
