I love how the headcanons for the survivors are mostly them living with depression, survivor's guilt, PTSD, etc. while the ones for those who died are just chilling and making the most of their company since their souls are stuck on the island. Yes Bridgette has burnt flesh and Sadie is covered in weeds growing out of her wounds but that's not gonna stop them from playing UNO!

Uhm dude, did EVERYONE forget about the canonical killer that was actually on the island the whole time? Remember the killer with a chainsaw and a hook? At first it was just chef but then it was revealed that there was an actual killer.

Man, for being 14, she's cultured as hell in terms of horror knowledge, not to mention the art she made for the AU. Here's hoping she keeps doing horror stuff later on down the road. I'd love to see her try her hand at a book or graphic novel series.

Something about Heather not being considered just another mean girl but ",just a kid" really got me. Incredible writing holy shit

"it was a shame when he was found hiding under his bunkbed. And on the lifeguard chair. and in the kitchen cupboards. and in a tree hole all at once." is such a freaky and creative delivery of Zeke's death holy shit.

It's sad how the creator was bullied out of her own art. All the hate she received reminded me sm of Tumblr fandom culture. I really hope she continues to write; she's very talented for her age and I can see her being very successful later on in life.

It’s sad that no one is talking about Harold’s death. He literally died trying to protect them all.

the sad part was that DJ's body was never found and they thought that he managed to escape:( his mother even thought he had won and planned a party for him

I think the saddest part is Bridgette could’ve survived if she didn’t help Harold, but she decided to help him. Then later on, he still died.

26:17 this line, gives me chills also, I like how the narrator basically is saying, despite being a spoiled brat, Heather really didn’t deserve to die because she was just a kid she could’ve became a good person she could’ve changed, but that’s too late now. She is dead because of Chris and the killer

Bridgette’s body being found by Geoff hits different if you’ve seen the show.

I've also heard a theory that Sadie intentionally slowed down so Katie could get away and I personally believe it. It definitely sounds like something she'd do for her best friend.

a lot of people are sad abt how dj's body was never found, but nobody's talking about how sad it is how heather had to survive one last day. Just one more day, and she would've lived. Survival was within her grasp, but she was robbed of her life, her survival, her chance to escape. It's also sad to think about how bridgette's sacrifice went to nothing. She sacrificed her life for harold, only for him to be murdered soon after. Courtney also almost escaped, but the killer broke her leg. All of those 3 deserved better. Obviously all of them did, but those 3 really stuck out to me for those reasons

I literally love Island of The Slaughtered, and I'm glad I found out about it before it got popular!! But I dont understand the hate it started to gain recently. People saying that it ruined total drama, that they had nightmares because of it, etc. They really forget how much effort Eave put into the lore and art. The creator is only 14, yet already so talented and I don't see a problem with that. Some people are just jealous and have nothing better to do in their lives??

Something I noticed, (probably unintentional) all the places where they were found had some kind of significance to them, wether it be where the challenge they were eliminated in took place or just an important part in their story arc. Lindsay was found where she told heather off, Heather was found where she was locked in. For Noah I think the dodgeball competition was by the seaside. Courtney lost her violin on the stage. Sadie and Katie had a huge argument in the forest. There is certainly a few connection you could make.

I love the idea that the tormented spirits had enough watching each other drop like flies, so before Chris returned they all joined together to hunt the murderer and made him suffer in every way he made them suffer. Then they spend the rest of their time protecting the survivors, lingering out of the corners of their eyes, trying to comfort their friends with cold air and invisible hands.

Then they jump the shit out of Chris and go to play Uno with everyone while they wait to get brought home

Let’s be honest, if this took place after season three, the murderer would be screwed. You ain’t killing feral Ezekiel

When I was a teen I thought edgy AUs of cartoons were dumb, and I still think a lot of them are eh, but I admire the creativity that went into this one. Instead of just being "They're all crazy" or "They're in a coma", it took a creative approach to each murder and made the AU feel like a short horror story. The writing could use work, but the writer is 14, so grammar and spelling errors are completely understandable (I could still understand what they meant, anyway, and that's the most important thing)

I love just how many refrences the creator squeezes in, Harold, Heather, Lindsay, Bridgette and a few others all are refrences to other stories like ben drowned or long hair in attic which are amazing.

Personally beth has one of my favourites, because she actually does help chris as she gets your attention and the onlt way to survive is to give her your attention, her being the only spirit to be forgiving to chris is so in character and adds a lot to hers.

a really amazing au, its a shame the creator has gotten undeserved hate for it, and even some disgusting comments too (ppl were speculating the killer “did things” to heather’s body, mind you the creator is 14). apart from that tho, i hope to see more of their amazing works
