Man every year I tell myself this will be my last ohsnap grip, but every year they make it much much better 😂 my only complaint for the 5 was the stand is unreliable, but looks like this fixes that issue completely. Just wish they released in more colors. Appreciate the review!

I just picked up the oh snap snap grip in black and gator fade green is fantastic but I’m still getting used to it and excellent review. I subscribed to your channel you got a new subscriber great work.

I have the standard OhSnap 5, but having a Zfold 7 when it's opened I need something of course bigger to hold such a big screen up. Definitely getting this now! Just wish they had more colors.

So glad the only review on youtube happens to have a foldable lol. My biggest worry

Hey Daniel, thanks for your review. It helps me decide whether to buy it.

I got this on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 and I use it on my REDMAGIC 11 Pro so I get to enjoy all of the thiness cuz I have no camera bump and I love how close it sits to the table coming from the magsafe kick out popsocket and I like the one finger mode cuz it lets my fingers be closer unlike popsocket and I should commas and periods but I'm rambling so uh I use the first party redmagic 11 pro magnetic case I tried the adapter bc I knew this case lacked the vertical magnet but it had a lot of friction and as long as I'm careful when I'm rotating with my finger in it it doesn't slide as easy but still does but it's easy to fix I like how it raises the phone it feels like I get more viewing angles than kick out cuz of how slim the case is and it's raised so I get less debris in the fan vents and I'm able to like keep it on when watching tv not that I do but it wouldn't block the vents as badly and it doesn't work with silicone covers for popsocket I'm pretty confident didn't even try I gave it to my mom who uses a popsocket with adhesive but I like magnets more cuz i use a continuity stand for my monitor very rarely and I frequently switch the grip for external cooling fan my  redmagic vc 6 cooler pro and initially I felt buyers remorse I guess cuz of how it would slide when I removed the adapter but it's just one of the quirks of lacking a case with the vertical magnet but the first party case was specifically designed for cooler so like this is my first accessory actually using the vertical magnet i like how I can rotate it 360 even with the stand fully extended it's like one of the advantages of having no camera bump and to take it off I just slide the stand protruding part from the circle and lift from there when it goes past the case it does cover the logo of the first party case but that's fine

I would've really like the adhersive to be on it. Is there any with it?

Do you have a link to the phone case you have on your fold? I have a fold 7 but I have been meaning to find a good MagSafe phone case for my fold.

Can you make it stand vertically for rearview camera photos? Or is it meant for video viewing etc

Thanks for the review been looking forward to see a review of this product still would like to know real world phones that work with wireless charging pass through

Have a Z Trifold. The case I like don't have magsafe built in, so I'd have to use the adhesive. How well does that hold up? My concern is the ohsnap pulling the adhesive off of the case when I try to remove my phone from a magsafe car mount, etc.

Are you able to rotate the stand without removing it ?

I have the same use case as you, I find that the overall magnetism is weaker compared to the Snap 4, possibly due to that additional magnet.  I find that my magnetic car stand (circular magnetic grip, different brand) doesn't align anymore with the magnets, causing it to drop off if I take a sharper turn and it'll slide down sometimes on a vertical magnetic surface like a larger kitchen appliance for example.  Have you experienced anything like that?

So you have to remove it to wireless charging?
