When you move on from a narcissist it feels like you lost one of your children but the thing is he was your husband not a dependent.

It’s a great example to us all for you to listen to your intuition, recognize your limits and choose self care over trying to meet others perceived expectations. You work so much and need a break. All tv shows take breaks, schools take breaks, and we all need time away from work. Been warching so much content on avoidants, narcissists, adhd. This video hits home the hardest. This perfectly describes my ex. I still love her and think about her, which is why I'm researching content like this. Amazing how much you realise was toxic, once you leave and speak to/open up to others.

I don’t think you understand the sensitivity in ADHD - it is not always disregulation in the sense of lashing out. ADHD people very often internalize rejection and feel that they are to blame

I think that to understand the issue, we first need to clarify that being a pathological narcissist is NOT the same as having narcissistic behaviors.

Even though they both have bad behavior-there is more hope with adhd since it’s fixable, NPD isn’t fixable.

Narcissism is created usually when you are a child and developing maybe people with ADHD go through so much trauma and rejection that they become narcissistic some of them obviously not all of them

My daughter just stopped calling over a year ago and I guess she finally called me but found out that I blocked her. Their mother left when they were 3,4,and 5. The second time. They were 1,2,and 3 the first time. It was especially damaging to them because she didn't even call for at-least 4 years. I had to take everyone to therapy for years and they all talk to her and her husband more than me and I'm sure they talk about me. The attacks are never ending and non stop in one way or another so I am moving and going no contact for whatever time I have left on earth.

Yes yes Yes!!! Disappeared… invisible. (. ) only for use. The pain is in realizing how I Left myself for everyone else, because I was devaluing myself. I allowed it, I accepted that behavior from them and also from myself.
