Mark is the Keanu Reeves of Youtube. That's why we all love him.

The irony of Logan Paul talking about how much he looks up to Markiplier, when Mark devotes his entire life to being a better man and making the world a better place, while Logan devotes his entire life to scamming people and making the world worse. Whatever he thought he could learn from Mark, he didn't.

Mark has been pulling me out of the darkness since 2013. He's one of the few people I'd call a hero

Edit: Also, if you want to see more peak Markiplier deserves the world, check out his video "I didn't think it was possible." It's his reaction to the success of Iron Lung

What makes us come back watching Markiplier, well It's Markiplier.

19:57 Mark has three podcasts. One is PowerWash Pals, where he plays PowerWash Simulator and talks with a fellow content creator. One is Distractible, which he equally co-owns with his friends Bob and Wade. The last one is Go! My Favorite Sports Team which he equally co-owns with his friend Tyler. PWP exists because he had a deal with Spotify to make 3 podcasts for them, but Distractible and GMFST were created because Mark’s friends were called Mark’s friends and he wasn’t comfortable with that. Knowing his name has a big draw he created these podcasts with friends that have smaller followings to give them the access and audience he believes they deserve.

The thing is, Mark isn't miserable or sad, he's mindful and grateful. He truly gets that people listen to him, and he affects lives. One of my favorite videos of him was his description of in some part hating how big he's become in popularity because as one person he cannot intereract with his fans like he used to, he can't be as personal, and it's not because he's too busy, or can't be bothered, it's because he has so many followers he simply can't as one person. Its almost heartbreaking that he would love to tell every single person who's supported him individually how much they mean to him, but as a single person it's impossible. That's a mindful, thoughtful person with a real heart.

Markiplier is a national treasure.

Mark can make me cry so easily its not fair

The part where Mark was talking about losing his dad really hit me. My dad was not around for majority of my life because he was in jail, but we talked often and he’d tell me of so many things and what he wanted to do when he got out. When he finally got out when I was in my early 20s, we would go do things off of whims like drive around, go to the beach, play tourist, get a pet bird, go camping with his friends all while we were off from work (so usually weekends). Even though he was out and had a good job and was able to do handiwork and clean the house up, he still hung around troublesome people like before and would go out late at night even though he was still on parole. One night at midnight, he went out to go see his friends and decided to use his motorcycle. I was mad at him since he did it so much and I said “don’t blame me if you get into trouble”, I called him to come home at 3 but he never made it home. He got into an accident and no one was around so it took time to get him help and he was pronounced dead when he got to the er. I felt it was my fault for not trying to stop him and I missed out on so much time with him.

He's the guy everyone should inspire to be, not in the terms of youtube success but trying new things, having the power to do good and be a better you. He has my respects.

Mark could be a cult leader if he wanted to. He has that charisma, and he is using it for good

The reason Logan Paul is known as a YouTube veteran is because both Logan and Jake started out on long before youtube back in 2008, they would do prank calls and stuff like that and then Jake became dirk from bizzardvark which was a Disney channel show with Olivia Rodrigo and bizzardvark was about a school for talented kids and Jake’s character was a daredevil, while Olivia Rodrigo’s character was a musician. The lore is deep since there was an episode of bizzardvark where Logan actually did appear as Jake Paul’s characters brother

It takes a beautiful soul to connect so deeply with someone else's life story like you just did. I am seriously convinced it is impossible for you to make a bad video Tay❤️❤️😊😊

I met Mark once, genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Mark is the only person i can say that has aged like Keanu Reeves.

I think one of the biggest things is that his tone doesn't drastically change. Yell, calm, quiet, intense- all emotions have the same tone, but you can hear the emotions come through so clearly and eloquently.

honestly, mark is such an amazing person, i cant believe that there is a man like that in this world, i honestly think we dont deserve such a guy :3

What literally made Mark's popularity explode is his genuine humility and personality, like he's the most likeable person on YouTube barnone.

My teenage self is forever grateful that I latched onto Markiplier and Jacksepticeye. They got me through hard times as a teen and they're both genuinely good dudes who have done SO much charity work.

3:26 it was going to originally be Markiplication. He was in school for engineering and wanted to make educational content, and he was going to have multiple channels. Markiplier was ultimately the only channel he created and he pivoted to lets plays before the education videos ever got off the ground.

Markiplier is the most wholesome youtuber and the kindest and honest there is. This is from a fan who has seen him from the beginning.
