They were correct - the bit will never need sharpening. The tip falls off before it gets blunt.

I’m so pleased you’re exposing these scam adverts , especially that crap laser welder . Well done and shame on YouTube for allowing these adverts .

You could use your laser welder to reattach the head of the drill bit.

The time, money, and work you’re putting into your efforts is so much appreciated!!!

If you look closely at the drill bit advertisement, 1:09 the '60mm' steel claim is actually a piece of painted mdf😂😂Love your work sir!

100% of YouTube adds are a scam. They’re just junk value. Thanks Stuart for highlighting this. Fab channel👍

"I don't know what steel they were using in the advert"

I believe it's called chinesium

Those adverts that start with "Your energy provider doesn't want you to know about this product" or "Your bank doesn't want you to know about this“ or " Your mum doesn't want you to watch this".
Just shows you how Google doesn't care who advertises on YouTube as long as they make their cut.

I like the ad for the grass trimmer that you can cut 10 acres with in no time.

I was once told "Never buy ANYTHING repeat ANYTHING advertised on YouTube

I like to see people exposing scams, well done.  I would never have fallen for this one but I hate seeing anyone ripped off, so videos like this make me smile.

In Australia they have this 'truth in advertising' code. We need this on Youtube.

Thanks for taking the time to call all  these shonky products out ! Its frustrating knowing people see these bullshit adds and believe the "miracles"the companies claim their product can perform.

When the scammers claim their snake oil tools don't wear out, what they're really saying is that their products can violate the laws of physics in ways ranging from 100% energy efficiency (violating thermodynamics) to not getting dull (violating the principles that allow one material to cut through another while sacrificing as little of itself as possible).

Stu you’re a real trooper for exposing these P.O.S. Tools on YouTube or anywhere they are advertised. I bought a supposed unit to stop my dog from barking with a high pitched noise that was guaranteed to work. Well I’ve not found a dog yet that is affected but the laser pointer that would blind an airplane pilot at 10000 ft. works real well along with the flashing white LED flashlight. I’m not sure if one is suppose to blind the dog 1st with the laser so it can’t see what it is barking at but it sure scares robbers away thinking it’s a taser gun.lol😊

In the demo, there was a pilot hole! You can see the iron filings falling out the bottom before the drill bit exits!

I've seen these adverts and always thought it was too good to be true, you've proved it. Brilliant content exactly what us DIYers need to see

Why isn’t You Tube being held liable in court since they’re complicit in enabling and promoting scammer ads that harm the most vulnerable public ?

Thank you for spending your hard earned money on these tools so we don't have to. Here in the USA we have stores like Harbor Freight and others that push this kind of quality out their doors day after day.

I just purchased a set of Bosh CO14B drill bits that are M42 Cobalt. I never used Bosh bits before. It is a coincidence that I viewed your video after the purchase.  You did set my mind at ease though. The Bosh 14 pc. set cost less than that Chinashit and came in a substantial drill case. Thank you.
