those Ants records were huge in the day and Marco was key to them. Quite a mysterious figure, looked like a big teddy boy rocker.

Wonderful to be watching this on a flatscreen TV live in Bangkok 48 years after first seeing the Ants at the Marquee in 1978.

I met Marco about 43 years ago. I was friends with his cousin, who was a classmate at primary school. Marco came to meet her after school one day. I walked home with them, leaving them at her door. Adam and The Ants were at their height of fame. It was a wonderful thing for Marco to do. He was a lovely man. I have only good memories of that afternoon.

If you read this IV, hope you and L are well and happy. All best wishes for health & happiness to Marco.

I was obsessed with Adam and the ants back when I was 12, 40 odd years later, and they still bring back happy memories along with the great, ahead of their time , music. I'm forever grateful ❤❤

This is great, I was a massive Adam And The Ants fan at 6 years old, I wished I’d been older so I could have got involved in that scene, probably the last time the music business was any good

That was an hour very well spent👍. Loved the Simonon one as well. Keep up the great work Terry. I really like the fact that you let the guest speak without interupting them all the time unlike certain other podcasters I watch here on Youtube

Thank you guys, I’m from Wales, I used to play in punk bands….no one had conviction, so I took off and went round the world by myself…I ended up in Hong Kong working for Brokers and American Banks….lived there for 20 years and worked all over the world….none of that would have happened unless I’d listened to you guys. That’s the affect you had on me. Viva Punk Rock.

This is like listening to a Derek and Clive sketch…as much as Marco is a hero of my teenage self.

Kings Of The Wild Frontier is still a brilliant album. Strong songs, great guitar playing and drumming. Really innovative.
