Ezekiel 38 Names the Nations That Will Attack Israel — Look at the Map Today

Ezekiel 38 names the nations that will attack Israel in the last days — Gog of Magog, Persia, Cush, Put, Gomer and Togarmah. 2,600 years later, look at the map today.
About 2,600 years ago, a prophet in exile named the nations that would one day invade Israel. His list skipped every enemy Israel had at the time and named nations far to the north and south instead. For centuries it made no sense. In 1975, Persia was Israel's friend. Then, in 1979, everything flipped.
In this video, we go through Ezekiel 38 and 39 verse by verse, identify each nation on the ancient list, place it on a modern map, and look at the alliances forming today between Iran, Russia, Turkey, Libya and Sudan. We also cover the one condition Ezekiel says must happen before the Gog and Magog war begins — and what the prophet says happens to the invading army.
Scripture quotations: King James Version (public domain).
Identifications of Magog, Meshech, Tubal and "Rosh" are debated among scholars; this video presents the main views.
