Half of the people who land on a Shopify homepage never open a product page. Here are the 3 questions your fashion store has to answer, with real examples.

The stat comes from the OptiMonk 2026 Benchmark Report. In this video I walk through the three questions every new visitor asks, in order, and how real Shopify stores answer each one. None of it needs a paid monthly app.

How to check your own store: Google Analytics funnel exploration (homepage, then product page, new visitors only) and the scroll and click maps in Microsoft Clarity. Both are free.

Question 3 is the part where I demo our own tool, iWAND, an AI stylist for Shopify fashion stores. Judge it with the same skepticism as everything else in the video. More at https://iwand.style
