My wife & I (both 65) live in Alberta, Canada, and watched your first trip to the dentist almost a year ago now. I was always against having dental work done in Mexico. After seeing that video, I said to my wife that I’d like to book it right away! That being said, we went down there for a 9-day stay (Jan. 17-26, 2026) at Sandos resort which is a 3-minute walk to Cancun Dental Design. I then had 26 new crowns put on, along with 2 extractions over a 6-session period averaging 3-4 hours per visit. I’m ecstatic over the results plus the fact that we saved upwards of CD$50,000 vs. having the work done up here. My wife also had 4 teeth worked on as well. All I can say is THANK YOU for making your dental videos; it was truly a life-changing event for the both of us! 🙏🏻

I have visited dentists in Turkey, Cyprus, Mexico, and the United States. After coming to Vickong Dental in Zhuhai, China, I finally found a dental clinic I can truly trust and that suits me perfectly.I have had crowns, dental implants, root canals, and fillings done here, and the overall experience has been excellent.
Dental care in the US is ridiculously expensive and simply unaffordable for most people. All things considered, Vickong Dental in China offers the best combination of skill, service, and value for money, far exceeding the countries I have been to before. No wonder more and more people are choosing dental tourism in China.

I live in Las Vegas and drive down to Los Algodonas for dental work. I had 2 bridges and 14 crowns. Teeth prepped day 1, crowns glued on day 2. I will never let an American dentist touch my mouth again.

I had extensive dental work done in Mexico years ago. The difference in pricing was similar to your family's, about one-third less than US prices. Plus I found the dental office in Mexico to have more modern technology than my US dentist at the time. I'm overall happy with my experience and would do it again if necessary.

Here in the USA, dental insurance through an employer hasn't changed since the 1970s. We have 2026 prices with 1972 assistance. Sometimes, paying out of pocket is cheaper than going through insurance. And some dental work is not covered, even a little by insurance. So, people finding alternative methods was/is inevitable. I'm so grateful to have learned about dental tourism.

My husband and I recently had extensive dental work down and with dental insurance, we were still out of pocket a ton. I am glad to see your journey to know the options.

Cutest kiddos. No denying who their Daddy is. They even talk like him.
You all are such great parents ❤

Most important brush at least twice a day and floss everyday without fail. I've learned to do that and haven't had a cavity in years after the extensive dental work I had to have years ago. Great video. So informative. I love your family!!

Los Algodones is a small border town located in Baja California, Mexico. It is known as "Molar City" due to hundreds of dentists that cater to Americans seeking affordable dental care outside of the United States.

I appreciate this follow-up very much. I had somehow lost track of your channel, and I think YT unsubscribed me from your channel. So anyways I just subscribed again so I don't miss this story if there are more episodes. It probably seems strange that I am so interested. This story just really resonated with me because of my own dental journey starting when I was just a kid. It is SO much to get through so that you can enjoy life the way we are supposed to be enjoying it. Right? THANK YOU again so much for sharing!

I went to Cancun Dental Design back in May and I am going back in October to get my permanent implants. I highly recommend doing this if you need the work done. This has saved me so much money. ❤
