I started my journey April 15 th last year. Started carnivore, went from 310 down to 223 this morning. No more diabetes, high blood pressure and off all 7 medications. Now I’m keto/carnivore and keep my carbs under 50 grams a day. I find it very easy to continue this on cruise ships and vacations. You look fantastic. Keep up the good work. Love the videos you guys put out. Thank you

Just wanted to comment as a Weight Watcher coach that your weight loss journey was extremely well stated. Any sort of weight loss drug is a TOOL and not a FIX. The fix is changing behaviors and making habits that are in line with your personal weight goal. I’m proud of what you have done and stand behind your decision to not only lose the weight but having a plan to keep it off.

I lost 60 lbs living in Mexico for a year with NO diet just eating seafood and local food and I'm going back, I can't wait to get there. 💗🎉

The weight loss medication stops the "food noise" and suppresses the appetite by signing to the brain a feeling of fullness and reduction of cravings. This is why it is easier to have the mindset you do and eat healthy and not have a big appetite anymore. You are doing all the right things with the exercise, diet, and strength training. You look amazing and are really putting in the work. I just have seen friends and family gain all or most of the weight back when they go off the medication. Some went back on the medication. You really are determined and I wish you all the best! Thanks for being an inspiration to so many!

I do wish you had led with explaining about the Trizepitide, and how it changed your brain and body to want less food and to want to exercise. I know you are working hard, but we have all worked hard, walked, taken the stairs at work, parked farther away, portion controlled, counted calories, and gone to the gym. The major part of your story is that you used a peptide to assist you with all of this hard work in order to make it more doable. Also, as you are a travel channel it would be interesting to know how you travel with the medications and syringes.

Great job! Your plan is working very well for you. I went full carnivore for 90 days and then added back a very small amount of carbs in the form of zucchini, avocados, and is season fruit. I am about 20 lbs away from where I should be. I will continue to eat an animal based diet! Stay strong as I plan to as well!

So glad you've stayed committed to your weight loss. It's not easy. I've done interminit fasting and lost over 59 pounds. Cut out sugar and bread. Cut my portions and stop when I was satisfied. Keep up the great work.

Being overweight physically ages our body and cells. We look like 10/15 years older. That image of you with the short hair, you looked much older. Now you look amazing! The nutricious food also improves the skin and hair . Now you're glowing and your hair looks thicker and has shine!

Keeep in mind, it’s your body and you do whatever works best for yourself and or family. I have lost 100lbs with the shot and diet and exercise and never felt better. Congrats on everything! You look amazing! Love everything about this channel and family.

You can have a grass-fed burger with an egg or avocado or whatever toppings without the bun and bake your fries or sweet potato fries in a healthy oil, avocado, oil, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. and plants have protein including beans and legumes.

This is FABULOUS!!!! I was working on lowering my A1C. I focused on intermittent fasting and portion sizes, plus upping my activity level. Lost 22 lbs and A1C dropped to 6.4!!! Thank you for sharing your story!! It's inspiring!!!

Hey, now, how are you all!? OMG! You're not gonna believe this! I've been watching your EECC travels since you guys were rockin in the backyard with Jason's crawfish boils! Im not kidding! The boys were throwing batons in the air, music! I loved 'em! Now you've moved, literally! Im so proud of you both! I love your energy & drive, all of it! Thanks for the explanations, etc.! You renovated " Me" & a grandchild? , Wow! Work-life got in the way for me watching my shows for years. Home improvements here, UGH, & health issues for me & my husband! Not too bad, manageable.
