I personally like to keep my go-bag set up for when my mom forgets to pick me up from my airsoft game.

"...extended ops. Like when your mom goes to work and you're in the basement all day..." Hahahahahahahahaha!

My wife keeps correcting me. "It's not a 3 day assault pack. It's a diaper bag." Basically... my setup is different from your setup.

"If you don't have a Leatherman, you're wrong."

Well said.

Instructions unclear, filled hydration bladder with whiskey, ate my assault pack

I love the professional tone, layered with sarcasm.

One thing nobody posts about in medical bags is immodium. Most soldiers in history have died of diarrhea. It only takes three days of diarrhea to die from dehydration. While you should be fine drinking filtered + treated water and eating only food you brought, if you have to eat someone I mean something sketchy or if someone in your party has diarrhea one to five immodium could save their life. Not to mention all that tainted faeces everywhere on their clothes, in their hair, on your face, in your food, and on your fingers could make lots of people sick and die. Again, I wonder why nobody talks about this?

I bought a few hundred generic immodium at costco for 10 bucks. I carry 100 in a watertight pill bottle and it hardly takes up room. Highly recommend, will save your life, you can't look cool if you shit yourself to death. Don't shit yourself to death, carry immodium.

CBRN guy here, I love those new lotion decon kits because I get to end my class with "it puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again".

Low blow dude, I had a gf once but then she found out and got a restraining order

"If you have a girlfriend. Which, you guys don't."

He knows his audience so well xD

I'm having issues cutting hot pockets with my tac knife in low-light settings (basement). I'm not here for advice, I'd just like to complain.

I asked my girlfriend, why cant she be like you... clean shaven, wear flannel and tactically savvy.

"If you're on extended ops like your mom..."

quit listening and started laughing

Me: Hey, I have a girlfriend...
Garand: You dont have a girlfriend.
Me: (sad face)

It’s been 4-6 years since you’ve done most of these types of videos.. you really should update them.. from long range packs.. to assault packs to this.. chest rigs plate carriers and belts.. all these are old and not out dated but lot to learn in 5 years time and a lot of things you’d change or update over that time.. hence why I’m here going back through older videos cause I’m looking to improve, update etc while also remembering why I do have certain things I have although most of the time they are unneeded and trying to not remove Serrano basics items that serve dual purposes..

Can you do a 7 day pack? My mom is going on vacation to Puerto Vallarta.

"if you guys have a girlfriend...... which you don't".....  classic!

My go bag basically has to not get me a felony in CA

"If you've ever cut your tan undershirt into an ascot to make it appear like you are wearing a shirt under your uniform during the summer months, go ahead and 'like' this video. If you have ever told the Brigade Commander's daughter that her feet smell fantastic, go ahead and smash that subscribe button because you are in the correct community for that sort of thing."

Kudos to a professional soldier who has apparently overcome the PTSD of having had to endure the horrors of combat and who has chosen to truly help others in a positive way. A Gulf War reconnaissance scout
