A different mix than usual, certainly very interesting. However, if I’m not mistaken, it is surprising that "Suspicious Minds" and "In the Ghetto" didn't make the top 1,000 songs. Acts like The Who, Roxy Music, Mother's Finest, Thin Lizzy and above all, the greatest guitarist of all the time, Rory Gallagher were also left out. Alice in Chains, on the other hand, seems to be your favorite band. Still it’s a good job, after all, the selection is subjective, and I’ve picked up some new music to check out. Congratulations!

There are a lot of bands and songs that I think deserve a spot on the list, like "Owner of a Lonely Heart" by Yes, "Come Sail Away" by Styx, and "In my Life" by The Beatles, as well as artists like INXS, Billy Idol, and more of the clash

I am listening rock songs (of course of many relevant genres of rock) for about 50 years now, (since I was about 16-17), and I have made my own list of about 1,500 rock songs which I like to hear in my free time. Looking for more songs in YouTube, to enrich "My Rock List" I heard all 1,000 songs of this list and I discovered only about 8-9 songs which I have missed from my list. There are only 4-5 (or less) songs from artists like Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Doors, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie etc, etc ,etc, etc. while there are hundreds of other songs literally of "lower" class and above them in this list. Why are the most video titles on YT are so misleading? The title of "Top 1000 rock songs of All time" is absolutely misleading and not even close to that. Should be: "My 1000 personally favorite rock songs"!  👎

Heroes is Top 10 song of the 20th century! Pity everyone who doesnt get it!

I am feeling a bit dazed and confused. Maybe my definition of Rock songs is different, but, Kajagoogoo, Duran Duran, Tracey Chapman?! When were they ever rock musicians ?!

Judas Priest (Painkiller, Breaking the Law...) belongs on this list.
