I'm a south african living in New Zealand. The last few weeks have been crazy. Rugby is so important to both these countries. Springbok for life though

do not get too interested in south africa my man. the country will get into your bones. i watch an american youtuber who started just like you... springbok reactions... then he got into the players, then the landscape ... now he's in his kitchen making his own biltong. south africa will take you over, this place is amazing. don't say i never warned you.

Your channel is about to blow up, South Africans love to support people who support them ❤

The current coach is a mastermind. South African rugby went through a dip a few years ago, Rassie Erasmus brought pride back to SA rugby.

There is a series on SA rugby called Chasing the Sun, really worth watching.

Rugby is in our blood boet.

...and South Africa and New Zealand will be playing a match in Baltimore on September 12th!.. Maybe you should go and see it?..

Rugby to both South African's and Kiwis is more than just a sport.  For both the fans and players this is something that unites us. Sprinboks and AB's have a love hate relationship on the field and both want to win just as much, but after the game they like brothers and have so much respect for one another. 🇿🇦

It's actually the other way around, NZ is competing with us to be number 1...we have been number 1 for more than 3 years now

South Africans love sport, we’re currently world champions for cricket as well, we love soccer, athletics. We’re a big sporting nation, not just rugby

The culture is a huge part of modern Springbok rugby. It’s a unifying sport for us.

It’s a massive country with people from different cultures being scouted for a variety of talents. There are programs in place for kids from all over to get into rugby and have opportunities to build a successful career in sport. That’s where the talent comes from.

I am South African. I think that both South Africa and New Zealand are excellent rugby players. ❤

8:04 and the fact that we play this game from 6 years old, does make a difference. Our high school and varsity systems are excellent as well.

Ruby is a game for ALL shapes and sizes. From a massive unit of a man to the smallest most agile, they all have a place and important role in the team.

The Springboks have won 4 world cups in 8 world cup appearances, back to back Southern hemisphere champions and are the number 1 team in the world. We(Springboks)just won the All blacks tour in South Africa 2-1 in 2026 now to America for the exhibition match.Go boks🎉🎉🎉

Nice to see US channels support us Boks! 🇿🇦💪 well done to the channel to share the love 🏉

8:17 we have two scrumcapped lightning quick mini wingers.

Cheslin Kolbe and Kurt Lee Arendse

Great commentary effort. The antelope that you refer to is a Springbok.

We are currently having the "Greatest rivalry tour" in South Africa. It's a 4 match series, that is tied 1 - 1 atm. Third game is this Saturday and the fourth match will be played in Baltimore USA (to promote rugby more to the US fan base)

For this period since 2018 to now, it IS mostly the COACH! Rassie is simply a Rugby genius that knows how to get the most out of his  team of superb players!🤩

Gotta appreciate some of these long passes. The speed, distance and precision while sprinting into an army of defence.
