Christine was never in this for fame, she just enjoyed making people laugh and wanted to do this for fun. So when it wasn’t fun anymore she stepped back, and I have a lot of respect for her for doing that.

I remember when they "broke up" it was so clear that Elijah genuinely believed that he was the talent and he'd be able to thrive without Christine. Unfortunately it was clear to...literally everyone else that he was basically just there propping up Christine who was the real star.

Elijah definitely seems like the kind of person that moves to LA and forgets his roots. I don’t think he’s a bad person, but I think he’s becoming the type of youtuber he used to make fun of.

I hated when they would make graphic sex jokes to Christine knowing it made her uncomfortable

about the katy perry music video: that actually really hurt christine’s feelings. i think she tried to play it off like she didn’t care, but she posted a now deleted tweet that said something along the lines of how she was actually really excited and it turned out to be a big fat joke. shame on katy perry for doing christine like that. her being “fat” is the least interesting thing about her. :(

Christine was genuinely a comedian. Talented. Had taste.

It went downhill when they started to hang out with Tana lmao

Their relationship was pretty toxic, but I’m glad they’re both doing well, ESPECIALLY Christine. She formed my mid teens and the humor that I have today. Much love to both of them!

"christine's back must hurt from carrying these vlogs" lmfaoooooo

I think Christine just grew up. Honestly, the internet is just like High School. An influencer may have millions of "Followers"...but the majority of them are 13-yr-old kids. Real Grown-ups are not impressed by millions of follower or "Likes". It's really juvenile. I think Christine just grew up and you kinda get to a point where you realize how much time you wasted in your youth staring at a Smartphone and Social Media.
Elijah hasn't grown-up yet...

Christine has totally changed into a platform for social injustice and she gets pretty heated. I’m glad she found something she’s passionate about and minds her own business.

I literally only watched because of Christine. I’m so sad that she’s not online anymore 🥺

Okay, show of hands, how many people just knew about Christine and never heard of Elijah? Her videos kept popping up in compilations I was watching. Didn't know it was a duo.

The fact that Elijah never really came for Christine, makes me think she has some type of dirt on him. I can’t see him not going off on someone trying to call him out on Twitter

It makes me sad that she left college for this. I just hope she is doing good finincially. I'm sure merch and ad revenue can take care of a lot but it's just unfortunate she left college for YouTube and then stopped doing youtube.

Really disgusting how Adam and Lena the Plug tried making a joke of Christine's asexuality, and laughing at her discomfort.

The fact that Elijah is openly trashing Tana now....

I'm not surprised Christine distanced herself from Elijah, he's obviously an attention-seeking narcissist who does whatever outrageous stunt he thinks will get people to talk about him. He used her to promote himself and I'm glad she eventually realized it.

I miss Christine’s “brand” of YouTube... she was the most unapologetically real in her basic existence.  How rare is it that the world flocks to a “fat girl” comedian who’s whole shtick has ZERO to do with her weight?  She was just FUNNY and I LOVE that she never fell down that “lose weight and get a make over” pathway.  She has so much value to comedy and commentary and her whole YT career I never even considered her and that dude a duo, I LITERALLY DIDNT REMEMBER HIS NAME UNTIL THIS VIDEO! Lol

christine was the rare vine star that was legitimately hilarious and talented. elijah saw that and leeched off it. i think the whole 'influencer' culture was too toxic for her and that's why she stepped away. i hope she's happy and doing well!
