Any person being 100% truthful would not need to be evasive, as this EMT is being. What smells fishiest is her not remembering hanging out at a beach with another girl you've known for years. Also, not remembering her own bathing suit... what's up with that? I live at the beach and own over a dozen bathing suits. You know your own bathing suit. That she would be evasive on such a simple question, is just plain strange. The judge is a piece of work, she needs to check the photo... after the witness has already confirmed she's in the picture. She is so clearly partial to the prosecution it's embarrassing.
