These cops are an absolute disgrace!

Jennifer Mccabe needs to be brought up on charges!!!!!!

how does a judge direct content of the questioning???????she can intervene conjecturly,,,,,,,,whata joke

When is Bev getting removed???

The Albert’s are definitely guilty!

This trial should be ended and the judge should be sacked everything matters the lies that have been told up till now the whole trial REEKS .

Leaving the scene of a MVA and the charges get dismissed????   On what planet does this happen???     And he can continue to where a badge????  Anyone else would have their life ruined????!!!!😡

Judge is not being fair to defense and isn’t allowing the defense to defend his Client!!!  Lastly she is telling him how long he can question someone ? Seriously this lady’s life is on the line here , ridiculous. I call a mistrial

Bev is so protective of lally.makes you so mad.then to basically complain about how long the trial is going..but directs it at yanetti.lally drones on for hours without ever making a point.why is she so worried about a police report filed and put on record?😡she wont let defense fight for their client or say anything negative about the alberts..not even the facts.she is a big part of Canton problem

Why does the judge decide for the defense what he can question or when? This is not a fair trial!!!!

This judge needs to be removed asap!

Any objections Mr. Lally? Why does she always hold his hand? If he had an objection, he would have objected!

Just so you follow that clip through. We know that Higgins who was drunk at 2am at his job for no particular reason inside the exact space the car would be manipulated on. Video “that wasn’t working” (wink wink)

wtf guy s!!!!

Wow nothing was done basically but theyre trying her again!??? IF THIS WAS ANYONE ELSE THEY WOULD DISTROYED THAT HOUSE LOOKIN FOR ANY EVIDENCE!

It makes me sick to watch this judge suck up to the jurors and then proceed to show obvious disdain for the defense. I hope they can see through her B.S. and clear bias for the prosecution.

Why would the judge acted like a kindergarten teacher and say morning to a murder defendent?! This is a murder case, not a civil case!

We all know that John O'Keefe was not hit by a car

Just because someone died doesn’t mean they are innocent of extremely poor behavior???!!!!

How shocking was this "judge"? Was she part of the cover-up? A travesty of justice! She should be fired with immediate effect and forfeit her benefits. A real embarrassment for the American Judiciary System.

Who is this testifying?
