Today my husband and I are going to his 58th high school class reunion. I made fried chicken and potato salad. Everybody brings whatever they want. He graduated from a very small town, and class, so there won’t be a very big crowd. At our ages, it’s sad to hear about someone in their class that has passed away during the last year. They have their reunion every year and a lot of other people can’t believe they still get together.

Hi, just a quick recommendation: that Ficus lyrata you placed next to the stove is going to die in that spot. It’s a demanding plant that needs plenty of natural light. If you leave it there, the leaves will turn brown, and it will gradually lose its foliage.

Your kitchen came out realy nice you did a great job. I love the plants and the lighting realy brought out the warmth in the kitchen. Shopping you looked like you had a busy day most of my days I’m always on the go and busy because of work and things needed in my apartment. Were I live because it’s majority of Hispanic Mexican food spice is a real big ingredient in the home. I eat everything spicy 😂 a lot of salsa and guacamole lol. But your right food is more than just filling your stomach the aromas of what you cook can bring back old memories I know when I cook something a child hood memory will kind of pop up. I like when you give the little story’s on were you grew up just to get to know more about you and your story were you grew up what you like I find very interesting. We all have a story to tell that’s what I love about people in general were they travel what was life as a kide the good the bad the sad I think that’s what makes all of us in the world very colorful idk lol one dish I’d like to try I think it’s called balut  the baby duck egg have you tried it. no Brasil gostamos de limpar semanalmente nossas casas,  temos mania de limpeza, toda camiseta velha renasce como um pano de limpeza ahahaha, mesmo quem trabalha mantém o costume de limpar debaixo dos móveis , portas e janelas.....

I also clean with hot/warm water and vinegar.  Many areas I use bleach and Dawn detergent for cleaning with hot water.  I have never had a problem with mold. Because I have always been careful in my home that everything stays dry and that there is plenty ventilation within my home when I don't am not using my central air conditioner. 🙏😊🇺🇲

I always find it so interesting and fascinating how differently we all clean.
I usually just use warm water mixed with vinegar to clean surfaces, because that kills and minimizes bacteria. It's also invaluable as a descaler 😁
I only try to use chemical cleaners for really stubborn stains where even vinegar doesn't help.

Be careful...the way you cut veggies you are going to cut yourself.  Please cut on a cutting board.

Maybe you are eating for 2 now 😮
