I still love this guy.  My childhood hero.  He seems genuinely nice.

1.  Lionheart was his best movie
2.  JCVD:  Cool Guy
3.  Steven Seagal:  Ass Clown, trying to act cool

Unlike most action movie stars, JCVD actually had and still has a lot of charisma. I would have loved to see him in comedies and other types of movies. when he showed some of his more comedic side, he was actually very funny.

This was a GREAT time! Van Damme was a BIG star. Arsenio had all the big hot hip acts. This show was for my generation.

Wow he is just so incredibly handsome, with the best personality ever. What a guy!

He was at the peak of his prime... 90's....

he's soo handsomee!

Vandamme was nice when asked about steven seagal. However, seagal acted like an utter fool and disrespectful when asked about vandamme. Bad symbol i should say.

I wanna see segal do a kick like that.  He would embarrass himself

they awesome they should put them both in a movie!

VD’s kick was alil to damn close to his head lol😩🤣

arsenio hall is so damme funny

I’m going to try and remember his favorite Van Damme movies.❤️❤️❤️❤️

This show was great because of many factors.
The first is that Arsenio has such an angel!!! This involved a great smile and quick wit.
The second is that that Arsenio made more than relevant questions, he's sharp and concise.
The third is that the guests were always hot and very interesting people, not like nowadays those famewhores that fill the regular programming.
The forth is that Arsenio was the best host because he made his guests feel more than comfortable. Just look at van Damme here!!!

I think it's interesting that Arsenio had lots of action stars on his show. And who would have guessed that years later, he'd be co-starring with Sammo Law himself in the hit series Martial Law.

lol Arsenio didn't see that kick coming, it was SOOO fast and precise!

A hero Jean Claude Van Damme

Van Dam was a personable he could relate to people and they could relate to him. Where as guy like seagull and others had huge egos.

Наверно один из самых симпатичных актёров 80-90-х годов.

80s and 90s was unique era for action movies , unique Age! VANDAMMAGE !
