I would loooove the ability to make two enclosures that can be connected through an animal gate. It's always bothered me that "solitary" animals are perfectly happy to live in breeding pairs with their young.

Especially with having breeding seasons as a feature in the game now, it would be cool if the connecting gate automatically opened during breeding season and then at the end of the season the animal navigates back to their separated enclosure and the gate closes. It would be so much more realistic and cool. There are definitely ways to implement it without it being annoying, animal space and game mechanic wise.

I'd like to see more realistic animal gates, like double gates for 'dangerous' animals also feeding experiences for quests for big cats etc.

Almost everyone makes custom habit fences, I would love to see an option where the custom fences snap onto the “invisible fence” so you don’t have to fiddle with every fence pain being perfectly lined up!

I think I'd love to have animal ambassadors. Maybe choose up to 6 animals in your zoo, of those that people can be in the enclosure with, and have a keeper take them out on strolls from time to time and have impromptu presentations at plazas or preselected spaces. I would really like that! Especially now with the birds, bird shows could be a thing once we get more common species, like macaws and the like

I’ve been saying this in your videos for years, but I really wish we had entertainers as staff members in Planet Zoo 2. Zoo Tycoon 2 had them way before Planet Coaster even existed. It’s so common for brands to have mascots in any kind of park, and they bring so much life to the game—just like all those little extra things guests can do besides eating and looking at animals. I really thought they’d be in the game, but hopefully they’ll be added in the future!

These suggestions sound great! One think I would like are more guests interactive items. i.e., swings, slides, play areas, things you'd normally see in zoos near the restaurant etc. I would also like to see the animatronics too, like PC2's spinning thing. I think that would be good

My wife and i are playing PZ and building zoos together for years. So imo it could be really great to have a way to share our zoo with someone else directly in the game and not by uploading each time via the workshop

I think my most needed feature would be an expansion of the exhibit system to include touch tanks. We all ready have moon jellyfish just add some horseshoe crabs and a couple tide pool inverts with a few specialized exhibit shapes and I think it would work well.

I would love that in stuff like challenge mode we could get animal-related missions that if we accept, would gift us animals. For example, we're asked to help a rescued animal that is injured and build an habitat so we can take care of it, maybe even release it back to a reserve if possible.

It would also be lovely if baby animals like monkeys and anteater could be in their mother's back or if mothers could grab their babies by the mouth to bring them to where food is or to a place they can rest together

Features I want wishlist:
- taxidermy/pose-able animal models that can count towards Education and be used in displays
- submarine vehicle rides
- different gate types (someone mentioned double gates for more dangerous species
- multiple access gates for habitats
- An Incubation Chamber. This would be staff/education facility that would house reptilian/avian eggs. This would come with a toggle to select if you want your animals eggs to remain in their enclosure or be brought to the incubator for increased education/research metrics
- playgrounds for guests
- exhibit touch tanks
- Staff vehicles in our zoos to broaden the range of their work zones
- adjustable tank depths like in Zoo Tycoon. Raising the tank is one thing, deepening it is another
- hotels for both zoos and reserves

16:20 I really really want an option in the adoption centre to favourite entire species, and maybe set up notifications if new animals of that species get uploaded, so that when I'm on the search for specific animals e.g. colour morphs, a good male, and need to keep checking multiple species frequently that I don't have to keep remembering and typing in every species to search them all individually

If people have a problem with this video, they dont understand that we are less than a month from the game's release, and the devs should not spend that time overhauling major aspects of the game. Its not nit-picking, its fine tuning

I think that PZ2 is a major upgrade, and I really appreciate the work the devs have put into the game. Things I want to see improved?

> I know its possible to mix species through a "work around" that was found... but let us have aquariums with terrestrials and have it be a base feature! Its so cool having hippos in with fish, just as a quick example.

> Working animal gates, like in JWE? Sometimes I like building massive enclosures. I separate the male and female after they breed, because realistically, they wouldn't be kept together 24/7. It would be lovely to have gates that you could open and close (without moving entire portions of your build) to keep animals in and out of certain areas.

Reaching for the stars here but I would too see more animal guest interaction. so many zoos have things like giraffe feeding encounters, or my zoo has a capybara one. have a waiting line and a keeper whos whole job is lead them into a habitat one group at a time. or have a keeper walk around with a bird of prey giving talks about it.

Staff vehicles in zoos. Null habitat gates. Airlock gates for aviaries etc. And playground equipment. That would take things to the next level for me.

I would love to have the ability to pose animals for screenshots or even calling them to go to an enrichment item so I don't have to wait 10 years for a lion to use their scratcher.

One small feature I’d love is the ability to edit the terrain underneath path at any time, place it down and smooth it out if needed

For me, my main wishlist items are exhibit related: I'd like to be able to seamlessly link exhibits together to make a bigger one or specific shape - especially with the aquarium ones that have gaps between the water and fish will stay in one exhibit rather than make use of the combined space. I'd also like to be able to stack exhibits so we can do exhibit walls like you see in reptile houses, etc. Rudi suggested exhibit animal walkways like entertainers in PC2 have for parades and I think that's a great idea/compromise as well.

Other than that my asks are for things like combining aquatic/terrestrial habitats (which I believe Rudi said they're looking into?) so we can do things like hippos+cichlids, etc. and multiple habitat gates.

Lastly, I'd love to be able to set the speed of our in-game seasons. It's currently an hour for a year, but that still feels fast to me and as a Certified Winter Hater(tm), I'd love to be able to set the warmer seasons for longer/winter for less (even knowing season altering might affect breeding opportunities). Or even turn off automatic season progression entirely, and manually change it!

I want to see a convenient way to integrate aquariums and habitat species. Zoo Tycoon 1 & 2 had a 'traversalable' aquarium wall that let hippos, crocodiles, penguins into aquariums. I'd like that in planet zoo - where if you build an aquarium with land access - the land doesn't count towards the habitat space for the fish but the water does for the hippos and they can cross between
