I really like your focus on just the area your building.  You also don't flip around the screen alot which is helpful and you zoom in so we can really see the details.   My favorite channel to watch!

Just a small idea: you could add some large billboards with advertisements at the entrances to shopping areas or along the main roads. It’s pretty common, at least in my country, and I think it would add even more realism to the city.

Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing a great job. I think the cracks in the road and everything weather related looks great. I live near St. Louis and if anybody out there is ever drove through St. Louis or a Midwest town you would know the roads probably look a lot worse they’re always complaining about it and you definitely wanna have a heavy duty vehicle just to drive down there. The weather takes a toll the winter tears everything up and then I don’t even count the snow plows popping up the cement and blacktop it just tears up everything all the salt and the cities are old. They’re all made out of brick. They look rundown, and they might have a little pops of new things, but the cities are old and worn. I think you’re doing a great job with the weathering.

I hope you continue to feel confident with your voice, as someone from the Appalachian Mountains, I promise it is not an too thick. Still happy to follow the development of Romsey.

Good morning, my friend!! Nothing like starting my morning off on a walk through Romsey! Grabbed my cup of coffee and settled in for what is a stellar creation.

I loved listening to the small historical insights and the vision you are creating. I love the realism of the worn, cracked, and torn look. The parking lot looks great! I don't think I've seen another creator make one quite like this. The flower coloring is perfect, especially against the worn backdrop.

I live close to the Arizona/Mexico border, and when you get closer, the speed limits switch to km, and I have to do the same with calculations, but you eventually get used to it, and it stops becoming an issue. Having lived in Germany for 4 years helped!!

Keep up the momentum, as Romsey is growing into a brilliant city!!

Awesome man loving it, your voice sounds normal brother don't sweat it! The details on this one is amazing, i live in Toronto Canada, so plaza like these are all over the place! The parking lot construction was interesting, looked very good at the end, I'm actually making my home town, and when it comes to parking lots in-game ones are unusable, so I always make my own custom parking lots using the individual parking spots mod, sully has an awesome video about custom parking lot builds, with netanes. Forthe next build maybe a huge highschool with a massive track field,soccer and baseball fields, or just a massive recreational area! Srry for long post cheers

The  area just up next to Chipotle would be the ideal spot for a Aldi like I've previously suggested to you. Also your voice is perfect my friend, it can easily understand everything you say easily. If you heard my accent on the other hand I'm sure you'd struggle to understand me. 🤣

Solid episode! The strip mall layout and that custom Holiday Inn sign with the overgrown vines look fantastic. The flower beds and green islands really helped balance out the huge parking lot space.

Tip for Write Everywhere: Holding Alt or Shift while moving text helps align it to the nearest surface normal, which saves a lot of manual rotation tweaking. Looking forward to seeing where the district expands next! ☕✨
