It has been 4 different managers, but still the same story over the past few years. Obviously, it is still too early to call, but this already looks like an eerily familiar territory for Tottenham Hotspur. At this point, maybe they should just go down…for their own good. It appears that there are some very deep issues with this club and they have tried to paper over the cracks for years, but it obviously just isn’t working. They have changed coaches, changed players, and even changed chairmen, but the situation has remained the same. No, in fact, it has gotten worse.

1. All the personnel asked very honestly about how much they believe in themselves and the talent that the club possess. Honest opinions with everyone present no grudge nothing.
2. Players who have belief in the team, ask them if they would take the wage cut supporting Championship financial rules.
3. Offer the players and immediate contact renewal getting them back the best wages possible according yo Financial Fair play.
4 . We Saw them how they demolish championship sides, a large number of performances like that for a year would be a huge confidence boost for the players.

Manager reminding them thats what our level is, and always on the constant talk of back to premier league not just to survive, but A determination to show everyone, that we took a step back to comeback to charge, As one should seriously shouldnt have doubt about the Quality of the team and manager.
5. 1 year in the championship , the manager would have all season to find out not what he want to impose, but how to find perfect way to utilise everyones talent since players sacrified should be made to feel that they are not forgotten. 1 full season with ample of time to find the right balance.
5. Always in mind that this is not comback for survival, if a club with Hull citys resources can comback and the recent examples of Brentford , Sunderland, and other promoted clubs doing instantly well, So a club of Tottenhams Stature would feel much more confident.
6. Even some dry spells whether in championship or back to premier league should always be dealt like a bump on the road, it is a two year project, So everyone Loves this club and stuck to project, and with self belief, UNLIKE the last season, they had no ambition and still searching their place in the table.
But if they go down, a few years to come,mark my words,they will pull a Leicester miracle
