Bridgerton is 100% meant to be regency fantasy. It was never intended to be historically accurate. They dance to an orchestral version of Thank U Next for goodness sake.

This series was the weirdest mix of 'pride and prejudice' and 'Gossip Girl' and i love it.

I felt so bad for the seamstress character. Every time the rich ladies told her they needed the gowns the next day I thought "how's she gonna do that???"

Now we understand why the time travel seamstress was so stressed out-

I loved how the show was already historically inacurate as hell so they just went all the way with it and had fun with the outfits. It definitely worked for this show
