If you’re doing this, PLEASE talk about Red Ranger Isekai. It is one of the most endearing love letters to Tokusatsu and has an amazing cast of characters. For example: unlike many Isekai protags, Red is actually a genuinely nice guy 💀

the new blue ranger isnt the one that saved hibiki and his sister, that was the old blue ranger thats why the ranger in the flashback doesnt have scars and thats also why their in that orphanage since the old blue ranger runs it

Interesting. So, it's like an anime version of The Boys, but for Power Rangers rather than Superheros.

What's funny is in Gekiranger (Sentai Jungle Fury)
There is an entire episode when the purple ranger is introduced. where it looks like the REd Ranger is depressed and is trying to stay away from the team. It's later revealed that the Red Ranger was just upset because the new member now messes up the team pose they had going.

Wait wait wait . . . this the route we goin?? Oh yeah we NEED you to do the Red Ranger Isekai. You won’t regret it Conner 👌🏾

I am so happy that someone else enjoyed this anime. No one really talked about when it was airing. I don't if anyone knows this but the voice actor for the Pink Keeper is Gokai Yellow.

Where's Stain when you need him

i prefer the name ranger reject, mostly cuz of alliteration

I actually got my PARENTS to watch this anime, and they love it!

38:17 I can see that exam being used to weed out the selfish recruits since remember the rangers prefer more virtuous people so I can see evil and good rangers possibly using it as a way to weeed out undesirable recruits

2:38 WE MADE A LION 7 YEARS AGO 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

So this anime is Power Rangers meets the Boys, but not as crude and topical.

This is like the BOYS.

With this year 2025, being the big 50th Anniversary of Super Sentai. Conner might as well review anything Super Sentai related Red Ranger Isekai, Akibaranger and any other Super Sentai shows.

Happy 50th anniversary Super Sentai

Personally, these dragon keepers feel to me like their a fusion of the Psycho Rangers and the A squad SPD Rangers.

Does that mean Isekai Red Ranger is coming soon

I love how since this is an anime based on super sentai that they have a kamen rider reference since it is super sentai's sister show and the reference is one characters name is hibiki as in kamen rider hibiki

Its kinda funny that in 40 years no one thought of making a Sentai grunt soldier a main character. Its such a fun idea, and definitely does the subverting expectations idea perfectly.

36:51 that feels like ginyu force caring about their pose

It’s basically what if the power rangers went full homelander
