You're absolutely right about the position statement. In their position statement they said that they denied my reasonable accommodation and transferred me because of excessive absences one month later I received the bonus check for Povich attendance, I got a highly effective evaluation, and there's been no conversation with my supervisor about excessive absences and no Progressive discipline documentation. Their position statement is now on record for excessive absences which contradicts the perfect attendance bonus and the highly effective evaluation. They are stuck with their position statement and their own evidence contradicts it. If they had sent the deviate from the statement and say for example the bonus check was a mistake they will be under heavy scrutiny meaning their own internal records are flawed. They are literally stuck with that statement. I'm glad they were arrogant and submitted it quickly.

I was fuming like I’m coming to work every day given 110% and they come up with all of this foolishness, sucking my teeth, rolling my eyes mumbling under my breath mind you have been law-enforcement officer for over 30 years before I got this position just made me so mad honestly

I have tons of circumstantial evidence from filing a complaint on a bully going over the person's head and the same person reinstated the bully put the most direct evidence is the position statement that says I was transferred for excessive absences and one month later they gave me a bonus check for a perfect attendance and I highly effective evaluation that directly contradicts their own evidence.

Amazon refused to provide position statement lol over 3months. Screenshot all communication when you work there once your job is terminated you can't access A- Z app

I filed an EEOC complaint in 2022 against a State government. Their position was that no harassment occurred and the issue was a personality conflict. The employer did not complete an investigation. The employer did not address the specific allegations. The State EEOC ruled no discrimination occurred. Employers, especially government, don't play fair, expect lies, deceit, and withholding evidence, falsifying evidence.

A lawyer was willing to take on my age discrimination case for a recovery fee (40% of settlement). What scared me was the "Retainer Agreement" from the lawyer. It stated that if the case is unsuccessful, I could possibly owe the defendant's court costs. That scared me enough to not proceed and I never signed that agreement. Also, I heard the defendant drags the case on forever... it's like you never get a resolution. 🤔

You are the best! If you were my lawyer, you would have so much content for your channel that it would use up all the server space at YouTube. My ex employer’s new leader decided she didn’t need a certified HR person, so she broke so many rules of how she treated me and fired me for nothing. What is so dumb is that being an educated Human Resources person, I documented every single thing, including everything she and I ever discussed. I hope and pray that I am able to recall and properly exhibit every single one of the unlawful things she did not only to me, but the other 100 employees who were afraid to ever complain after they fired the Human Resources employee! It will make for a great drama if the EEOC helps me.

I agree with this show because my case is a 5-year timeline involving the continuing violation Doctrine and it lines up perfectly with what you're saying it is highly unlikely that based on the evidence I've submitted circumstantial and direct this will put significant pressure on the EEOC investigator because the case is well documented well written well presented over a 5-year timeline period one of the key pieces of evidence is the position statement that says I was transferred or terminated for excessive absences and then the company turns around a month later and gave me a bonus check for a perfect attendance and a highly effective evaluation. It shows that they were so arrogant to dismiss the case they didn't even check their own internal records.😊
