Just a tip mate, get some security on site, cameras, alarms, you got a lot of kit there.

Whatever you do, please blank out registrations, get cctv, get flood lights, get alarms, get insured. Some oxygen bandit will have all your stuff away in a moment once they see it's not secure.

Providing he keeps up with regular uploads, this guy is gonna do well in the YT scene. For a first unit, this huge.

If the wood on the inside of the roof is rotten, the roof itself might have taken some damage on the outside. I would deffinetly look in to it a bit more to prevent further damage.
But damn, thas one very cool looking and more so usefull garage setup you have!!!

The red bare brick looks great

My guys playing car mechanic simulator irl. Absolutely love this, and CMS!

Roof 1st. ALWAYS, roof 1st.

should have tried buying the landlord out for this. the amount of work you’re putting into it you should own it

Honestly I would not make that area into a spray booth, I would make it a non mobile vehicle, wrecking and storage space so you can make one car from two (the extra heavy parts can be stored there with the light weight stuff going upstairs) and sold over time to give you another income stream and this makes the larger working space somewhere you keep more mobile vehicles.

When or if you need to spray a car you can Dexter the space (wrap the place in plastic or use an inflatable one) a spray booth here has a massive number of rules, a temporary spray booth has none.
Also before you get a hoist get all your mates around with their vehicles and park them inside, then start pushing them around. When you work out the turning angles etc and where the waste space will be (tool storage) you can get the angle and floor space chalked up for the future hoist with angles a dead car can be moved off and onto.

Anyway not my channel or garage so do what you want :)

I love that this wasn’t like a full makeover. You did what was necessary to get the place up and running and I loved how realistic this was. Looks amazing man

You Mum is an absolute animal! 💪🏼 great work folks. Wishing you loads of luck from Ireland 🇮🇪

i much prefer a video like this compared to a finished garage

it's great to see YouTube channels I have watched from day one grow like this,  I hope you keep it real though and stick with "affordable" projects and not Lambo's and Ferraris

Watched since the first 106/ Hayabusa video - Binged the MR2 ones today - And just finishing off watching this - 2 mins 46 in and seeing your mum putting in work, love your channel m8, good vibes.

I’m a plasterer. You need to leave a few inches of a gap between the plaster and the floor otherwise rising damp might occur mate 👍🏻

Good luck Brad! Can clearly see you're a grafter and willing to give every job a go to save money. I wish you all the success and will be here to follow your journey on youtube.

You should place a Couple Solar Panels on the Roof. Enough that can just Run the Lights Only and perhaps Provide Backup power to Cameras and Alarm system once you get them in.
I would change out the shop lights for LED ones, at least it would save money and last bit longer.

Nice looking garage in the end... put a big ass fan in the ceiling to push the warm air down in winter time....

A HARD WORKING LAD. YOU'RE GOING TO DO WELL. HAPPY CHRISTMAS.

Better check on that roof.
I believe we are all so happy for you, let’s see that Mr-2!
