A house build in Thailand isn't always easy… and this latest update took a BAD TURN! 🇹🇭
After months of building and renovating my property in rural Thailand, I've run into more problems with the builder, including electrical issues, unfinished work and a dispute over the final payment.
But there's also some good news…
The house is finally starting to come together, the rooms are being transformed, and I've ordered something I've wanted for a long time, specifically for my dauhter — a 9ft x 4.5ft granite-bed snooker table!
And getting it into the house was an adventure in itself! 😳
In this Thailand house build update, I'll show you:
-The latest progress on my house build in Thailand
Electrical problems and issues with the builder
Money being held back because work wasn't completed

The snooker table cost 27,000 baht plus approximately £100 for delivery, coming in at under $1,000, and the finished table looks fantastic. But getting it installed without destroying the newly finished floor was another story!
The biggest headache was actually the installation. The team scratched sections of the newly finished floor while moving the table, and the three-hour installation became one of the most stressful parts of the entire build.
Despite all the problems, the property is finally starting to look the way I imagined it.

His father is a metal fabricator in Suphanburi, wouldn't let him come over, as he said, in Thailand , electrician is not a real trade, anyone can do it, like painting.
