Some people damn near eat that much everyday. Anyway, I have 6 reserved cheat weekends a year if I so desire to use them: Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, thanksgiving  and Christmas.  I usually use Memorial Day weekend as the cheat weekend.

Dear L, I consider myself "fit" in my 42y, I workout with some weights and love that lifestyle, and feelin my best on a low carb high fat diet.
This video reminded me on my period times. Usually before menstruation I have 2 or even 4 days with all those fun foods but I really know how nutrient poor they are. What is my point ? This video explains it so well. Weight gain is so complicated and individual, 72hours cant erase 365 days in a year 😆😆 Women often have "all or nothing" mindset. So they kill themselves when they slip from hard plan.
And yes you will have some gastro-problems if you are strict on your wholefoods diet and then you eat pizza,icecream and cereals for 72hours.
You will feel puffy and be soooo thirsty if you are coming from keto or lchf

So why are we doin this?
Beacuse our brain doesnt like restrictions.
Will it kill you once a month?

yeah, carbs are not filling at all hence why its SO eat to overeat, people can easily eat big bags of chips no problem because of this etc compared to something that is protein heavy.   great vid! very interesting
