Autek Mor: ladies and gentlemen, piracy and war crimes are back on the menu!!

"Perhaps I've judged you too harshly..."

-Ferrus upon reuniting with Autek's soul in the Warp

"Flesh is Weak, But Deeds Prevail !"
Autek Mor : You took my Dad, I'll take your war

Take a shot every time Arch says "Iron Warriors" instead of "Iron Hands".
Luckily no World Bearers this time.

Autek Mor had a very small role in the Heresy, but he was an interesting cookie when he showed up. Everyone hates him and he effortlessly reciprocates, while informing them how much they suck. Then he goes to kill some traitors. A true son of the Gorgon, but with a better head on his shoulders. Ba-dumts.

Throwing a moon at Bodt remains the biggest "fuck you" in this entire setting.

"Stop oppressing my culture!"
-Dark Apostle Vrahzor the Defiler of Souls, interviewed at the 157th annual Colchisian Infant Potluck.

That awkward moment when an Astartes makes more headway against the Traitors than his gene-father because of the most ill-advised frontal charge in Imperial history

PARRY THIS YOU FUCKING CASUAL
-The Red Talons probably, when they threw a moon at the World Eaters

You know the Iron Hands are the shafted legion when Arch repeatedly mistakes then for Iron Warriors. GW naming conventions, ladies and gents.

The knowledge and tactics of brutal raiders in the hands of loyalists. No wonder they have a certain reputation. Also that would have actually been a pretty sane plan by the Hydra Legion to wreck everything, provided they did let the info leak themselves after their falling out with the xeno.

Hell yeah, more sons of Ferrus Manus.

"Even when the news of Ferrus Manus was broadcast by loyalist and traitor frequencies alike."
I can't help but imagining this as:
Loyalists: "Ferrus Manus has fallen, one of the Emperor's Sons is dead!"
Traitors: "Ha-ha, Ferrus Manus ate shit!!!"

I am more surprised that the iron hands has successor chapters with stories

Ferrus Manus: *dies*. Autek Mor: Hippity Hoppity we’re about to slaughter you for your property.

After Isstvaan V, it's understandable that an Iron Hands chapter would just lose their heads like that.

More Iron Hands successor chapters please.  Like what you did with the 2nd founding Blood Angels chapters if possible.

I never heard the story of Autek Mor before. Thag was a very good story Arch! I really enjoy these less known or more obscure stories. Dirty bombs are a mean tactic!! Salting the earth indeed. There are sone really good stories in connection with the Horus Heresy! Id love to hear more! Destroying a planet with a moon is really epic exterminatus.

I imagine nukes would be a very effective tactic against nurgle, no matter the genetic material or "life" nuclear radiation breaks down the atoms and destroys anything it passed through. So maybe radiation exposure could be very effective against the blight swarm and other daemons. I get it "magical" immaterium but I think it would be a cool counter to have a M.A.D. solution for a incomprehensible problem.

9:14 Iron Warriors, or Iron Hands? I think Gee dubs got you again Arch lol
