The big turning point in the match is when Motley Cruz tried to turn the tables on Jeff, but he turned the tables in a wrong way.

"Nice small package, Jeff."
"Yip. Probably the hardest small package I've ever had in my life. Waitaminnit."

For only about 40 fans sure sounds like thousands

Quite possibly the most important feud in the history of our great sport.

The Yip Movement > The Yes Movement

One of the most anticipated wrestling matches in history thanks to the incredible promos used in the buildup.

WWE needs to run an IPW One Night Stand event, so this feud can continue.

Savage vs Steamboat is now the SECOND best match of all time.

Absolutely thrilled by the eight consecutive blows to the ribs in what felt like a year. A million stars

You think they would be smart enough to not make the 8 people that are there, sound like a wrestle mania crowd, but then again after watching that epic promo, they were like fuck it lets go FULL FORCE.

JJF SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIFTH HORSEMAN

I got recommended a series of JJF interviews and then Motley, now the match. Well played YouTube 😂

Fun fact: this match inspired Bruno Sammartino, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle and Bryan Danielson to become wrestlers.
Jumpin’ Jeff Farmer’s promo in the lead up to this match inspired CM Punk, John Cena, The Rock and Steve Austin to aspire to be like him.
This match was also Danny Meltzer’s only ever 7 star rating. (Danny is Dave’s father)

I guess Jeff went full force this time.

I had no idea of how epic the JJF vs MC feud was. What would we do without Youtube?

Wow! I didn't know that Zach Galifianakis was a pro-wrestler?! That guy's got talent.

this is the kind of match that gets me...

...mad now

The only difference between this and me and my brother wrestling in the basement in 1987 is that they had a ring.

Yip, This is probably the hardest match I’ve ever WATCHED in my life.

This time Jeff Farmer went full force!!
