I’m retired after 31 years. I taught in 3 schools, including on Guam. I taught in 6 different classrooms. Why do I watch teacher YouTube’s? I loved my career and I can kinda experience the teacher life through the teachers I follow. Love your channel… have a wonderful summer and a great school year! ❤🙏

I've had six different classrooms...kinder classroom was my fave as it was huge and had a bathroom but then I went to first grade and liked that age group much better :) My sister-in-law just retired and she had the SAME 4th grade classroom for 20 YEARS! That is very rare these days.

I worked in two school districts in the IT department and loved my time with the staff and students. Love how you are organizing your classroom. Teachers are heroes in my book and need pay raises.

I'm a Swedish🇸🇪 elementary teacher. I'll be at a new school teaching first grade this year. So excited and can't wait to get started. It will be my 5th classroom (been teaching 6 years). Happy summer 🌞

I’m not even a teacher and these are my favorite videos

I love that you’re already making set up videos. At the end of the year, my mind goes straight to what I’ll be doing next year.
I work at a private Catholic school with one class per grade so I’m super lucky to never have to move classrooms unless I change grades which is always a conversation with admin beforehand. This will be my fourth year in the same room. The downside is that I’m not forced to go through all of my things every summer so my closets need a good declutter.

7, all at the same school in 26 years. You are adorable! I also love setting up my room and I am glad I am not the only one!

2 rooms in 24 years of teaching here in Belgium. Same school. My actual classroom is bigger and brighter than my first one.

6 years, 6 classrooms in the same school! They love moving us around. I’m moving again this year too, so 7th year of moving. Looking forward to seeing your new classroom.

Thank you for mentioning that specialists need some supplies too! 😃I am an elementary music teacher and my classroom teachers are awesome about sharing and I am so grateful! Good luck with the rest of setup!

I am in my 31st year of teaching. I have been in 3 different schools and 10 different classrooms. This year is a room change for me and I am sort of excited for a fresh start! I’m always looking for new ideas. I have about 4 years before I retire.

Last year I was a specials teacher and if your specials teachers are anything like I was, anything is appreciated!! One teacher gave me her surplus of "cheap" crayons and that was gold for me! Lol. This year I will be a SPED Autism Teacher (my dream job!!) and I am looking forward to getting into my classroom for setup!

I had 6 classrooms in 12 years when I was teaching. As an administrator, I worked in 3 different schools and moved offices 5 times. I’ve been tutoring (Orton-Gillingham) since 2020. I’m retiring, and will volunteer in my daughter’s class next year. I have sooo many things to figure out how to share, and some things I want to keep just in case, or as reference (books). I love watching your videos! ❤ Once a teacher, always a teacher!

I taught for 7 years, in 6 different classrooms. I took an 11 year hiatus from the classroom and will now be going back in for next school. I'm anxious as much has changed over the past 11 years.

I’ve been in the same room my entire time. I’m entering my 8th year. I love how excited you get during set ups! It makes me happy to see that other veteran teachers get excited like me!

6 classrooms in 9 years… probably adding a 7th classroom to the list this year! It sounds crazy and exhausting, but I don’t mind and I love setting up my new space and seeing my kiddos’ faces on the first day!

This will be my third classroom in 4 years and my second school and state to teach in!!!

I worked in 5 different classroom. I went from Autism unit to Preschool and two different school, but the same district. I’m retired now and I have to watch teachers working in their classroom to get my fix. Thank you for sharing.
