I'm definitely going to try this.  I always used to collect beautiful leaves when I was a girl.  Even if all the leaves turn out a different shade of brown - it looks beautiful.  Thank you for sharing.  The leaves are just starting to turn here in Scotland so I will order some glycerine and have a go.

I would suggest that you use the left over used glycerine water for making momigami paper. :) I kept getting holes in the papers, and nobody ever mentioned the glycerine in the momigami YouTube's, but I saw the leaf video like you and put my papers to soak overnight is all and it was like magic!!!!!!

This is amazing! Have you considered trying Mod Podge with the tiny scraps? I would coat a piece of paper with Mod Podge and dump the pieces on top & press them down, then pour off what doesn't stick. If you have bare spots you can add a little more Mod Podge to the area & add more pieces. When you're done you can add a thin layer of Mod Podge over the top. I think that it should work. If you decide to try it, let me know how it works out. Thanks for sharing this awesome idea. I'm going out later & start looking for leaves!!!
