I'm so happy to see you post another update on your transition 😊 i am also just now 3 months on hrt so we actually started at almost the exact same time. And I would also recommend you to wait for the changes of estrogene, before having any surgery. Because maybe some things will change in the right direction, like hairline etc.

i'm coming up almost 3 months too. i just passed 2 months. congrats girl!!! i haven't done much on my voice yet it hurts a bit

I would not have guessed you are trans unless you told me!

Your changes and progress are so far enourmously fast. It is really awsome that you wen outside with makeup and it felt good. For me it is also always so euphoric if I get gendered correctly, especialy if I had a situation before where I got missgendered and I don't know why. The mood swings could be also caused by your methode of hrt and how high the estradiol spikes get (it is just a guess). In a week I will be on hormones for half a year. As for clothes, try to find something you just want to try out or that you like looks good. I bought yesterday an outfit that I dreamed of for a very long time.
As for your surgeries I cant say much. I wont't plan your kind of surgeries at the moment. My voice is not very deep and I am in voice training and hope it helps. Buit there are other surgeries I plan and want to have. I would not worry to much about your hair at the moment, maybe a haircut with bangs would be something. You are at least in the very lucky situatiion that you do not need a hair transplant (not like me)
