In this video, I explored two major streets in Binondo, two commercial and financial streets in Binondo that over the centuries have made a lot of men wealthy.  I walked Quentin Paredes Street where high rise buildings abound and are being constructed today, and where many companies operate out of.  It is a major street for commerce like it was a centuries ago.

I also visited the famous Escolta Street, once the queen of all Manila streets and the Wallstreet of the country, even Asia.  It's glory days during the late stage of the Spanish occupation and during the pre-WW2 American occupation might be a distant memory now, but there is promise of a resurgence as new real estate development is happening on the street and an expansion of the Philippine economy will no doubt benefit this street and be the cause for its revival.
