In the blistering summer of 2005, the residents of Phoenix, Arizona, found themselves trapped in a real-life horror story that defied belief. A dark presence began lingering in the Valley of the Sun, starting with senseless attacks on neighborhood pets and livestock before rapidly escalating to cold-blooded executions on the city streets. As panic gripped the community, investigators realized a terrifying reality: they were not tracking a single perpetrator, but rather trying to halt a dual reign of terror executed by two completely unrelated entities operating at the exact same time. On one side stood a cowardly drive-by sniper randomly targeting pedestrians from a moving vehicle, while on the baseline road, a ruthless stalker ambushed women on foot under the cover of darkness.
