On August 8, 1973, police in Pasadena, Houston received a phone call from a young man who had just committed murder. He claims that his victim, Dean Corll, was going to kill him just like he had done to so many others. Over the next 3 days, police will uncover the bodies of 27 boys who had all mysteriously disappeared. The most shocking part of the story, Corll's killer was also his accomplice.

Nobody mentioning how, after 29 murders, the police still would not have caught up with the case or prolific murders unless Wayne Henley hadn't killed Dean Corll. The competence of policing was never there. Let's not celebrate the police work on this one. This is a case of failure on all counts if ever there was one.

This documentary has obviously been sanitised for public consumption.
What they did to those boys is horrific.
He often handcuffed several to a board torturing them for days.
Subjected repeatedly to rape including with objects.
I also feel that the boys involvement was played down in this.
He was an eager participant.
I'm amazed the copper dare show his face.
At points he's alluding to how he broke the case open.
Laughable
Had Corol not been shot it would have continued.
Not only that but it's incredible that so many kids went missing from one area and they didn't investigate it as a collective suspicion of something.
My thoughts go out to the families.
No parent should have to endure that

Gacy used the same handcuff trick on his victims. He also used other boys to get close to his target victims. Those 2 evil bastards were very much alike. Makes my stomach churn thinking about what those poor young men suffered and what they must have been thinking being tortured and murdered so horribly. 😢

I cannot even watch this video because I'm already familiar with the story. This man was more evil than Gacy. His victims were younger, I believe the youngest was 9 or 10 years old. These boys weren't just s*x assaulted and murdered but tortured, sometimes for days, in unspeakably cruel ways. "The Candyman" got off on doing that to them. It's too bad he got off the hook by just being shot.

Im very glad the boys also got life. Obviously they enjoyed the murders and most likely would of continued on their own. This was a heartwrenching story.

Those poor innocent boys terrorised and killed just so some candyman creep could get his rocks off. Obviously he was completely evil and manipulated the teens to become his accomplice. They seem to not have received any compassion or understanding. Horrific story.

Wayne Henley knew he had a "warehouse" full of bodies, but still brings his friends to party with him?? he doesn't sound like "the hero of the hour" to me. Sounds like he knew what was going on but didn't report it. He's the Ghislaine Maxwell of this story.

I grew up in the '60s and '70s and parents didn't let their kids just hang out with the neighborhood loner adult. That's just weird. "See you later, Mom, I'm going to hang out with my electrician friend tonight! don't wait up," says the Heights 9-year-old

There should be a spiritually knowing and psychological analysis of how he had these boys to come along with him. And how he did what he did. this film is made like entertainment, it should be one of a lesson. The makers lure us like he lured those youths.And WE are responsible for strengthening ourselves to not letting it happen, not succumb to all the seemingly trivial, harmless bads that we engage in. They aren't as innocent as they mat seem. The road downhill to hell starts as a very slight slope, hardly sensable and definitely not recognized as dangerous. Please take real, good care of your selves dear all, with God.
