Had the chance to play it twice with four players over the holidays. Really enjoyed my time with it. I played the same strategy as Nick, puns included, and fell a bit short both times. I completely neglected scanning and analysis which are both really flexible and powerful.

How has no one asked, “What do you mean space doesn’t exist?!”?

I would love to hear what you think about the solo!

Hey lads. Just here to boost the engagement. Love that you made the games in the background all space themed.
The new studio is getting put to WORK.

Amoumoa (not sure I spelled it right😅) is a comet witch entered our galaxy and was one of the first foreign comits to enter from outside of our solar system and its name means visitor or spy

Literally got this game at PAX U this weekend and was thrilled to see you post the playthrough already! Such a great game! I knew I would love it 1 turn into the demo 🎉

Question for the group -- at 25 minutes, Nick played a card that allowed him to do a Lander action. Well, he pulled the Lander from his supply rather than from the board. When we played, we understood that the card gave you the free action but you otherwise still had to have a probe on Saturn (in this case) in the solar system (in the middle of the board) to then use to land on Saturn. Taking the Lander directly from your supply seems to make that card insanely powerful. What is the correct rule?

Happy New Year to you both!  This game looks really cool, I love all the colors.  Seems a little complicated but I know you said the rules are simple and our actions are simply to understand but it's the strategy on what all you can do and when you can do it that makes it challenging.   I'm definitely interested in trying to play this some time.  Thanks for the video, you guys are great as usual.  May the dipping dots be forever in your favor! :)

I'm glad you actually say Uranus correctly lol

These guys are so freakin’ funny! Agro crag from Global
Guts!?!? You know my ♥️ 🤣

My Czech copy arrived, but i will get it as Christmas gift. I also ordered custom insert before playing the game :)

Your dragon wallpaper is amazing! Also fantastic microphone for the game rules!

I'm so sorry, but "two doll hairs" made me laugh more than my dignity shall admit. Cheers.

Love this game. So far only played it 4 players

Who also enjoys the sweet harmony singing? We all know its the true reason we are all here!

Still waiting for mine to ship! Can’t wait to try it.

Loving SETI. It's a great mix of like TM and Arnak.

I feel like you need to build the engine early to get income going immediately as the payoff runs out quick.

Focus on gaining income the first round with probes, orbiting, and publicity for research. Then ramp into the late game.

With only 5 rounds, it's critical to get income and research going to get the payback maximized. Much like in Arnak where getting good cards immediately is super important so you see them as much as possible.

16:03 You got a yellow trace from Venus, so you have to put it on the yellow spot near the alien's tableau.

I need that Wallpaper.   :)

Such an awesome game. Great playthrough. Funny to see such different strategies than I usually do. Full on probe tech strat for nick. So many missions for mike. Great game.
Scores can also be very different. Sometimes depending on the aliens showing up and your engine build up to that point aligns with the alien. But also the cards could have a bit of a luck element to it.
My first game with three players I scored around 235 points and won. Don’t think I’ll ever do that good again. Later games has more likely been in the 170-190 era.
Can’t wait to play it again.

A #1 of the year for me as weel. And probably a top 10 all time spot. 😊

Cheers
