Today mysel & Urbexing With Lucy explore this incredible £10 Million Pound mansion which has been completely stripped & abandoned. It was built in 1999 and has some Incredible features Including a home cinema, wine celler, Indoor heated swimming pool, huge double garage & It’s very own tennis court!! Its currently undergoing planning permission to convert It Into a care home but the neighbours are not happy so not much Is happening with It at the moment. Hopefully It can be saved as this place is fit for a prince 🤴

The company i work for built that house. Such a shame to see it abandoned, it was around the £4.5M figure when new.

The Panasonic A360 DVD player is from 1999, and the Yamaha amp and JVC VCR would have been around 1998-2000 as well. The Sky+ box in the cctv cupboard(?) is a Bskyb3100 from 2003.

I feel like this Vlog is a warning to all of us not to live beyond our means, we can all show off and flaunt our possessions/obsessions, but if it’s on credit or you don’t have the backup you are on a knife edge… Live within your means people.

Oh to be rich enough to own a place like that. It's a shame to see it stood vacant like that. Agree with the need for a video of just bloopers.

A real beauty indeed. Love that staircase, just gorgeous. Someone needs to save this mansion before it's too late. Nice pool, sauna. Pretty sweet.

Great video! I actually love the house. It's also nice that it seems to have underfloor heating throughout.

A massive shame what happened to it. I'm curious as to why it ended up in this state of disrepair? Did the owners go bankrupt?

I watched this yesterday in the dark so good to see both. It's worth £11.310m today.

This is not the Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles, CA where Will Smith filmed nor is it where the movie was filmed. I’m from LA and regularly walked passed the the mansion he filmed at. Why do you imply that by posting the picture, Will has never stepped foot in this house, I’m just a little confused by your thumbnail and by the comments of you leading viewers on 🤔

That building has decayed massively. The consumer unit was tested in 2020. So in 2 short years it's got into this mess. Great job Colin.
