She doesn’t charge for children’s funerals. That’s so compassionate ❤

This is how all funeral homes should be.  What an inspiring documentary.

Dear Butterflies Team,

I want to express my deepest and most heartfelt thanks to you for the beautiful funeral service you arranged for my grandson.

During such an incredibly difficult time for our family, your thoughtfulness, kindness, and compassion were truly second to none. Every detail was handled with such care and sensitivity, and it brought us great comfort knowing he was being honored so respectfully and lovingly.

We are especially grateful that you allowed my daughter and son-in-law to stay with their son in the room together. Being able to hold him, play music for him, hold him close, and gently lay him in his coffin meant more to them than words can ever express. They wanted to be the last people to hold their son, and Butterflies supported them in fulfilling this final wish with such tenderness and understanding. That gift of time and dignity is something our family will never forget.

Your warmth, patience, and unwavering support made an unbearable day just a little more bearable. We will always be grateful for the compassion you showed us and the love you wrapped around our family during such heartbreaking moments.

With sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks,
Barbara xxx

It’s 11:01am on the 12 February 2026 and although I never met Marion, I have tears streaming down my face. I wasn’t prepared for the passing of such a beautiful lady. She was taken way too soon. May she be free of pain and spread her love and happiness on her new journey.

To her daughters, remember she is always going to be a part of you. Sending you my deepest and heartfelt love, from a stranger xx

Alot of people would look at this funeral director and judge her on her looks , but what a beautiful soul she has ❤️

I think this is amazing. Its not morbid its a celebration of their life and they personalise each person's or families wants and needs. What a wonderful way to to go on your new journey ❤

This lady ( the owner ) is an angel xx

Had me in tears, beautiful, touching documentary. The people at the funeral parlour couldn't have been more compassionate if they tried. If everyone was as empathetic to their fellow human beings the world would be a beautiful place. So sad for the families left behind, but glad they had people like this to ease the pain.

The respect shown to the familes and the deceased
Was really touching
Never mind the negative  comments in here
A wonderfull service well done and keep it going
God bless

I sobbed when Vienna touched the ground and said she could feel Ninny and that she wanted them to be happy. How does the saying go "from the mouths of babes"

Honestly scousers always look so glam....even in the saddest of times they look amazing ❤

Working in a funeral sector is one of the most underrated roles out there. Death is such a taboo in this country but it's good to have episodes like this to bring things to light.

the funeral director is beautiful woman in side and out ❤ keep doing the great things you are doing! ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Alcoholism is the worst addiction ever. Please take comfort that she is no longer a troubled soul & is at peace!

A lot of funeral homes don't charge for children's funerals I had a still birth daughter the funeral directors didn't charge me which was so kind this is such a interesting documentary to watch .

Not one for putting comments, never had but I feel so strongly about this.. I did initially make assumptions about Hayley simply based on first impressions, I want to publicly apologise. I WAS WRONG. Who do I think I am??? This lady's heart and vision puts the majority of us to total shame. I'm a nurse of over 30 years and I have always spoken to the soul of a patient when they have died and I will never change. Thank you to Hayley and her amazing team for treating our deceased loved ones with so much love, care and respect when we are not there to look after them, its the one time in our lives when we simply can't be there so having someone like you talking to them, looking after them means so much. These negative comments are irrelevant, that says more about them  then it does about anything else.

This is just the most respectful and lovely way to send someone off. This woman is an actual angel

This is heartbreaking to watch that poor woman knowing she hasn't long to live yet sorting out her funeral with her daughters is nice but very sad too😢❤

One day we will all be with our loved ones in heaven.

THIS THIS is exactly how i want to be treated when my time comes. When we die, we don't suddenly become saints to be revered, we're still the same person and we should remember that. It's time to shrug off the victorian, morbid approach to death and instead celebrate who we were and what we meant. For one, it makes dying less scary and secondly it's less painful for the bereaved. I've lost my parents, in laws,  siblings and a nephew and each time it was made easier by personalising their funerals. No formality, no pretentiousness, just remembrance of who they were and what they meant. Hayley, I'm fairly local to you (L39) , so maybe it's in our collective personalities, but I think your approach is perfect.
