"I'm glad I waited to be an adult before watching this it would have wrecked me as a kid"  Proceeds to be wrecked as an adult.   😂

Mom I can’t go to sleep yet, this crazy lady just uploaded her reaction to a movie I’ve only seen once

It helps this reaction that Nikkis husband is this forever omnipotent voice off to the side. The growth of this channel is staggering!

"oh nooo i think i'm love with Casper!!" werent we all? XDDD

"his he adorable?" giiiiiiiiirl....all of us 10 year old lost our shit when we saw his human face

never thought i would see an adult woman cry for Casper, not for the sad scene but for little scenes like the "if i was alive would you go to the dance with me?" and it's honestly beautiful to see XD

My husband: are you watching nikki's youtube channel again?
Me sobbing: Yes. 😭 we're watching Casper. 😭😭😭😭😭

My wife passed away a few years ago. The first time that I watched this, the part where his wife was able to visit absolutely broke me. I love this movie.

He must uphold the code.

I have such a hard time not spoiling things for people. I am glad he has the willpower.

Nikki’s unfinished business: half a bag of Doritos.

Casper's piano theme combined with "It got late. It got dark. It got cold. I got sick. My dad got sad." Or whispering "Can I keep you?" always brings me to the verge of tears.

An old joke your philosophy at the end reminds me of: "When I die, I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandpa. Not screaming in terror like the passengers in his car."

The priest is a famous comedian from the 70s and 80s.  Father Guido Sarduchi was on SNL in late 70s early 80s.

Even as a kid in the 90s, the ending with Casper/Kat and the dad/mom would get me. Decades later as a dad with a daughter, it hits ten times harder.

For those of you that are not into comic books, the father and daughter's last name, "Harvey", is a nod and a wink to "Harvey Comics", the publisher for the original Casper comics in the 50's.

Ray broke the first rule of Ghostbusting and that's don't go alone.

This movie is the reason Christina Ricci had me in a chokehold the second half of the 90s, and lets be honest, still does to this day! 🥰

Who ya gonna call?….

….Someone else. 😂🤣🤣 love Dan’s cameo in this. Casper is part of the Ghostbusters universe. 🥰😁😁

By far one of the best reactions so far.  I have never seen anyone else who appreciated the charm of this movie as much as I did.  Thank you for watching this

Fun fact.. The mansion is also the set where the Backstreet Boys shot their music video Everybody

I'm convinced that the scene where Bill Pullman sucks up Stretch, Fatso, and Stinkie is where Nintendo got the idea for Luigi's Mansion.

This movie hits so much harder as an adult
