A PERFORMANCE WAS DEMANDED OF ME, AND I HAVE DELIVERED.. ENCORE!!
yes as i promised, i did NOT forget about the lesbians of the show and i felt it was only right to dedicate a whole video to them. i am so sick and tired of the fem lovers in these shows being written off so blandly as if there isnt so much more opportunity for something interesting to be had there.
and before you ask, yes i am mlm. yes i think wlw is just mlm from australia, what of it?

Is this the video about yuri disinterest you were talking about? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZb7lbUD1nk&lc=UgwpRghCwvjCdfboUmV4AaABAg.AYezQRxMJFAA_k8ILrYcCX

I’m gonna so honest, if Charlie and Vaggie were never an official couple in the beginning, but slowly built their relationship over the course of the series, ending in them kissing, it would have been SO much more impactful and believable!

@shadowsoulless6227 2 weeks ago

They literally act like highschool friends that occasionally hook up

The fact that every mlm couple is overly sexual, we see every intimate moment, but the one wlw couple has to only allude to sex in song form and kiss once per season💀

SO we only hve 2 canon representaion of wlw while we have endless mlm representation, very nice:face-red-droopy-eyes:

I will say one thing, it hasn’t even been hinted at that Velvette has a girlfriend and the only reason people think her and Melissa are together is because of one easy to miss image from S2E7 where she is tailoring and outfit for them, which doesn’t automatically mean their dating so currently it’s just a fan ship with one piece of evidence which could go either way

In short, they deserve better writting as characters, they deserve representation as queers, they deserve better treatment as women and the public deserve all the above

Barbie just feels like Blitz female version. Can't we have them as twins with different personality over repeating Blitz personality. Also yeah Ken feels more like a mother.

I was a chaggie shipper for the longest before the show came out. I think the reason why is bc the fandom made their chemistry and they did it well. The show itself didn't show it off well and that made me stop liking the ship bc of how we got barely anything of them actually being a couple.

Those fucking texts from Vivzie actually pissed me off. I'm a trans man who's very feminine by choice, and I HATE the argument that that means i'm 'not a real man' its so frustrating too because whenever you come out to anyone theres almost always one of two responses, either 'you don't look enough like a man thus you are a woman' or 'why do you wanna be a demographic that oppressed you' can't we just let people live?

I thought that I had internal misogyny or something, since I didn't really care about Chaggie and thought they were boring. But then Kpop Demon Hunters came out and I ship ALL of Huntrx together. So It wasn't misogyny, Vivzie is just bad at writing interesting female characters 💀

I feel like there should be more homophobic people in hell. Like, the only homophobic sinner is Katie Killjoy and that’s it (I think). I don’t mind LGBTQ+ people in hell, gay and trans people can also do bad things, but… why are there more gay people than homophobes and transphobes? I feel like it should be the other way around.
Instead of “does Vivzie think being gay is a sin” it should be “does Vivzie think being homophobic isn’t a sin”

(Sorry if this comment is possibly confusing btw)

I’m convinced that Vivzie only knows how to write 2 types of romantic relationships: bland AF & abusive.

Vaggi literally doesn’t have a character outside of Charlie and assisting with whatever Charlie wants to achieve, so their relationship comes off more as “Charlie & her supportive gf” rather than “Charlie & Vaggi” if you get what I mean.

If husk date a girl in the show, I bet everyone would hate her

@CokesYapsAlot 2 weeks ago

I noticed in the special where we see "Barbie" There is more dialogue and screen time of those characters at 8:53 where the guys just started making out?? It's like Viziepop is always in a place of manipulative daydreaming that there has to be men kissing. That time should have gone to Barbie and her gf

2:49 this is actually a real ass complaint. i cannot imagine any of these characters doing day to day things, and that includes just like sitting down and having breakfast, or if they aren't much of a breakfast person but have a large dinner, or etc. and the main characters are essentially roommates, thats literally one of the easiest relationships to pull fun regular day-to-day activities from and how each one goes about it. the show entirely lacks small relatable moments that can really individualize a character from a trope.

@Maxmorsir 2 weeks ago

5:50 I get what you mean. The Hellaverse is the most aggressively “straight feeling” property I’ve ever seen be so explicitly queer.

@SalishBrad 2 weeks ago

I didn't realise Vaggie and Charlie were dating before Charlie made the statement in ep 5. For the first 4 episodes they sort of reminded me of me and my best friend.

@garg4531 2 weeks ago

For Emily I like to think that she’s figuring herself out… then I remembered that she is not a child and could be tens, hundreds, or even thousands of years old for all I know

I fear it doesn't care about MLM either. There's not really any good MLM couples in the show. I swear if someone says staticmoth is a good one...

It's really not. It sucks and it's kinda toxic.
